Very disappointed. They refused my insurance from well known provider. Also waited over an hour for the doctor to enter the examination room, and when I complained he raced in, obviously overlooked that I was there. Never phoned in my prescription for eye drops. I could go on, but I will end with just, I DO NOT recommend. Absolutely not!

I recently moved to the area and needed to find an optometrist. A friend recommended I try Vision Source Pearland and I had a great experience. The staff and technicians are welcoming and Dr. Nguyen is knowledgeable and kind. She was very thorough to make sure that I got the right prescription. Oh, and my favorite thing about this place is that they have a different device to take your eye pressure. No more machines blowing air in my eyes! If you need an eye doctor, I highly recommend going here!

Dr Jackson is very thorough. He and his staff perform a great eye exam and give great advice. However wait times are a bit lengthy, two hours in total from check in to checkout.

I absolutely love Dr Standers. He's fast accurate and pleasant. I am thankful of the screaming process due to covid. I think it's important that everyone stays safe. I, however, noticed that one of the staff was not wearing her mask. They are required, I'm not sure why she was not wearing hers. I do hope that everyone knows the importance of this situation we are all in. I'm disappointed that she doesn't feel that she needs to comey.

I totally recommend coming to this office lovely staff very helpful Love the customer service. All the ladies that are working there were so welcoming and so nice. Great place if you’re looking to get glasses or contacts

Been going there since they opened over 20 years ago. My kids are grown and moved put of Walnut but come in to town to see them. I also have friends who moved but still go to se them Both drs and staff are nice. Office is clean I am very comfortable having them check my eyes

My first visit at Crossroads Optometry was amazing! The reception was superb. Dr Louie is the best eye doctor I’ve had examine me by far, and I’ve been doing this for years. Thank you so much to everyone there you made my experience, a happy and memorable one.

Our eye exam experience with doctor Miyoshi was the best experience I’ve ever had. The doctor is personable, super knowledgeable and fun to talk with. He explained information about our exams that has never been explained by other eye doctors. We highly recommend this eye clinic.

I’m so glad I found Visionology. I have been going for several years now, and I have consistently had a fantastic experience with every visit. The customer service is top-notch and Doctor Peterson is genuinely a great eye doctor who cares about his patients. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Best eye doctor in Draper and in Salt Lake county! 10/10 recommend to all.
