I have been trusting Dr. Wells with my eye care for several years. I find her to be very knowledgeable and professional. As my eyes change due to aging, Dr. Wells is thorough in her explanations. I never feel rushed when I have my appointments with her.

Had VA cover eye exam. 400 dollars. Discussed specific with doctor needed far away and up close for reading so a bifocal is needed. So I proceeded to order 275 frame with all upgrades on lenses about 600 dollar pair glasses. Wait a week to come in. They only did my lenses for far away vision instead of bifocal. The doctor not put correct prescription in. I was told I need another eye exam that I would need to pay for. Then I would have to pay for a whole new Lense when between my insurance and myself into these glasses for 1000 dollars at this point. Could not get anyone from management to speak to me after arguing with department employee for 30 minutes. So I walked out left glasses there. Over one week later no one from Prarie eye Center has called to resolve the issue. Worse customer service in my life. Did not resolve the issue or even produce the glasses after 1000 dollars has been spent. And want me to spend another 400 to 800 dollars between another eye exam and correct lenses needed. Way to treat those disabled military veterans. I would of received better treatment at VA itself. I had to leave one star. If was my choice be a negative five star. See how many websites and better business bureau postings I can do. Veterans beware.

He does great work on my mother's eye problem and the staff are nice but sometimes before the pandemic it had a longer waiting period it's not as bad today

Advanced Eyecare Center is great for keeping eyes healthy. Dr. Hansen does a wonderful job evaluating vision and explains the results in easy-to-understand manner. The staff is so efficient and very helpful. It was a streamlined and pleasant experience. Of course I'l keep my eye health with them and Dr. Hansen.

I have been with Dr. Mark Haywood for so many years that I can’t remember how many years ago it was that I became his patient.. I highly recommend him and the staff are tremendous. Dr. Haywood is a caring doctor and when you need him, you can be sure he will always be there.

HORRIBLE customer service! Called and made an appointment for the following day, show up early and they have no record of my appointment. Great. So I wait over an hour for their next available. Front desk person is rude and disrespectful. Can't get my trial contacts that day of course, have to come back next week and get them. Great. I do that. Then another week. It's just ridiculous the amount of time I've had to waste for a simple prescription. Was sitting waiting to be seen yet again and the front desk women were there mocking customers and belittling them. Will be calling corporate about this experience and letting them know how those who represent their brand are treating people. The doctor herself is not the issue but everyone on her staffing is.

Dr Kim was very efficient, friendly, and thorough. I would recommend him to all.

I had my procedure done last week and Dr.Atwal was amazing his very kind. Staff was great too. I had a nurse hold my hand during the procedure as I was very nervous. I definetely recommend Dr.Atwal.

Dr. Tien was so friendly and great with my 13 month old! I also loved the nurse there and the receptionist was amazing. I am so happy I found this place!!
