Absolutely the worst customer experience I've encountered. Appointment at 9, arrived at 8:50. Looked around and all signage said, "open at 10". Asked Sam's Club affiliate, and was told they open at 10. She suggested I knock on the door. By now, it is 9:10. Knocked on the door, completely dark inside, no answer. Decided to go get something to eat and wait till 10. Contacted by an extremely rude front office staff, asking if we were coming. Explained we there at 9, at which point she flat out LIED, saying they were there and open. Absolute LIE, and I have two witnesses, Sam's employees to confirm. We arrived back at 9:40, and they would NOT honor the appointment. She became quite indignant and marched out of the office stating she was going to have me forcibly removed.

I have been see Dr Hofacre for over 15 years. She helped facilitate my laser surgery for cataracts and recently I had to have a PRK procedure and she helped me set that up. I have been suffering with dry eye and after the surgery my vision was not returning like it should because of the dry eye. She has done a series of 4 treatments for dry eye which were not only very successful but my eyes are back to 20/20. Along with solving my fry eye a side benefit of the treatment was a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles. I highly recommend her services. She is very professional and always recommends the proper specialists when needed

I was shopping at the mall a week ago earlier and as I was leaving I just stop in and ask about my new insurance that just came in effect and yes they accepted so the lady was so nice she let me pick out my glasses and she made me a appointment for Saturday the 15, I was so happy with the time since I work nights Monday thur Fridays so when I arrive every one was so friendly and the dr on call for that day was very knowledgeable with my eyes and done a very good job can’t wait for my new glasses to arrive thank you Lens crafters your the best

Very good experiences here! I was having an urgent eye issue and they were able to get me a same-day appointment even though my regular doctor was on maternity leave. One of the surgeons examined my eye between surgeries and helped me so much! He also did a follow-up a week later and it was so quick and easy. Everyone was very nice.

Everyone in the office was very nice. Intake was seamless. Dr. Clark was extremely thorough and patient with me. She explained the photos in a way that I could understand. She made good recommendations. My visit was great! I’ll be back to see her again.

Best exam ever! No wait. Quick exam. Less than half an hour total. Dr Gonthier was very thorough, efficient, professional and explanatory. I understood exactly what she had seen by her explanation. I left knowing I had gotten a very comprehensive exam. I won't go anywhere else from now on!
