Wow terrible! Called about information for contacts and she said "we don't give information so no need to ask. Come in or I can't help you." Why would I waste my time to come to the store if you can't even tell me if you sell a certain product. I am a bit shocked by this service! Just wow...

Trendy and nice but the doctor is low quality and has a degree from a school with a 90% acceptance rate. Likely online. He is in this for the business and prestige. My wife is an RN and came in knowing what her problem was. He mansplained it away and prescribed the opposite of what she needed. Opthamologist discovered what he did was worse for her and she was right. Barber town doctor now insists we still pay his two bills for his delay of care and misdiagnosis. Our mistake for coming here first and this unfortunately is our only consumer recourse.

My daughter and I both go to Dr Woo We appreciate the time he takes to explain everything. The office staff is efficient and very thorough, provides follow up when glasses are ready and the office is convenient for us.

Best ever!!!!! Dr. Levy has been my wife's eye doctor since she was a kid. We drive over 2 hours just to see him. He helped my daughter with her contacts and now she loves them. Very understanding and great at helping people. Jennifer is the best she always goes out of her way to help. Thanks again for being awesome.

So thrilled with the care my kids received that we decided to move all of the adults in the family here too! Dr. Robb was very patient with my kids and even me who has a fear of eye doctors, weird I know!. He took the time to explain things, was thorough, didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, and was friendly and professional! His entire staff was pleasant and helpful and we had a fun experience Trish in getting our glasses. And Kathy is so welcoming and we love coming for our exams.

The staff was nice when I had an eye exam done in November 2022. However my free pair of glasses covered by my insurance still are not ready to be picked up I'm assuming since the office at this place hasn't called me or anything to let me know. That's why I rate 3 stars.

I gave an extra star just for the employees working the floor there. Everyone is super nice and friendly except from the Optometrist. I went for my second trial contact exam in 6 months. Yes, it's taking 6 months just to trial two different pair of lenses. I was told that my prescription had already expired and that I would need a whole new prescription exam right there and then. She was accusatory, rude, wouldn't listen to my advice and I left with a refund of my exam fees.

I recently met with Dr. Wagh of Focus Eye Care in Danbury CT regarding an eye infection. She was polite, informative and got me in to see her right away. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. She prescribed medicine and my eye was better in days. She scheduled me a follow up visit for the week after and I was In and out of the office in 30 minutes! 10/10 would recommend her and the Focus Eye Team to all my friends and family.

Dr. Nguyen saved my vision! I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for years and really like her service. About five years ago, I went to see her because my vision was suddenly blurry. She looked in my eye and immediately made an urgent referral to an opthomologist (who made another referral to a retinologist). I had a branch retinal vein occulsion (a little stroke in my eye vessel). I had to have monthly shots in my eye for a year, then quarterly for a year, then semi-annual and then annual. I now have annual checks, but the problem is resolved. Untreated, I could have lost my vision in that eye. Needless to say, I still see Dr. Nguyen regularly. She is fabulous!!
