I bought 2 pairs of glasses from Accent. The exam was comprehensive and the doctor thorough. The glasses arrived and my occupational glasses were perfect. Unfortunately, my main pair was faulty and I visited again to ensure the fitting wasn’t an issue. Progressives can be tricky and I understand the need to work through the issues. After 2 weeks, headaches, and struggles walking etc., I took the one pair back to get it rechecked. I was then promptly informed my glasses were faulty and needed to be sent back. Why the 3 rating? Because of dissatisfaction with the service and the delay in rectifying the issue. Accent Care could have done a better job following up, escalating the issue with their lab, and especially with the customer service at pick up. There was no apology from the manager or acknowledgment of any sort in person over 2 months after initial visit. Thank you Kayla for being gracious. It is because of you that this is a 3 and not a 1 rating.

I recently moved to Carrollton from Dallas and needed an eye doctor that was closer to my new home. Dr. Tanquay was accomodating to my needs, polite, and professional. I would recommend her if you are looking for a new eye doctor.

Greeted as soon as I walked in. The assistant got my glasses, I thought the fit was fine. The optometrist trainee thought it could be better and she was spot on! Great work from start to finish! Well done!!

I'm not sure Mr. Blum is a good doctor. I came to him because something was bothering my eye, rubbing like sand, I thought the upper eyelid was inflamed. The doctor looked at my eye, prescribed drops and billed $255. After 3 days, a crumpled lens fell out of my eye. I was surprised that the doctor didn't notice the lens under the eyelid that bothered me for several days.

As good as a visit to the eye doctor gets! Did I mention no wait!? The friendly, professional and efficient staff had my pretesting done and ready to see the doctor in no time. They also had my post visit paperwork done quickly and accurately. Dr Ozer is cordial and awesome as usual ! I couldn't think of going anywhere else. (and there are plenty of offices from where I live to Boothwyn) I trust my eyesight to Dr Ozer and his staff.

Worth the drive from DC to see Dr. Sherman! So knowledgeable. Easy to understand and he took his time to explain all of our options! My 14 year old loved him!

Easy parking. Pleasant professional staff. Clean & well kept. Gets busy at times but they keep it moving. Repeat visit.

I appreciate having a dr in person and explained in detail about the eye exam. He took his time with each patient.

I payed over $230 for the blue light lenses. Ran a blue light test on them and there was no blue light blocking on the lenses. Brought them in to notify the technician and he wouldn’t believe it. Blamed the tester and the factory they get the lenses from. Left the glasses with them to contact their lens supplier. If they fix this issue, I will update this review with a better one for correcting their mistake. I’ve been coming here for years and spent a lot of money. Referred so many people from our community to them. This is not right. Fix the mistake and move on.

He is the best eye dr . He did a thorough eye exam . He took his time doing my exam . Told me thing that I never imagine I have . Specially a stroke . I am worried but I be ok as soon as the MRI is done . Thank you so much Dr Bathi.
