I don’t usually leave reviews for clinics, but this one is an exception! They were able to fit me in last minute for an emergency exam and the doctor was so incredibly kind and personable. She even offered to come in on her off day to check up on my eye infection. I felt very safe and taken care of here!

Don't be fooled by the high Google rating. This was from when they were local Pinnacle Eye Group. They need to remove all Pinnacle ratings to give you an accurate snapshot. Ever since Pinnacle Eye Group sold out to Eye Care Specialties customer service disappeared. Ridiculous that I cannot call the local phone number and get that office, but instead get a call center for scheduling. When you press 0 to be connected to office, you hear about 5 minutes worth of " your call is important to us" and then get tossed into a service to leave a voice mail. It's been 2 days and I've yet to receive a call back from someone. Unacceptable. Time to find a new provider. You were great when you were local. Too bad you sold out.

Best eye doctor and clinic I've ever visited in my 73 years. Dr. Samuels was very accurate in diagnosing my stage II cataracts, and was very careful and patient as he explained the situation with me and I peppered him with questions. He patiently and empathetically answered each and every one. He then gave me a referral to a cataract surgeon in Raleigh, Dr. Proctor. My screening with him gave me confidence that he is a very good surgeon. So, I'm very happy with my experience with Dr. Samuels, and after many years of not being totally satisfied with the eye doctors I've used, I plan to stick with him and make him my family eye doctor. The staff at the Lilburn office were very friendly. The check in process was easy and quick. I arrived 20 minutes early to my daughter's appointment and was seen right away. Everyone did well working with my 16month old daughter. Dr. Ellen Mitchell is extremely personable. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She took her time and was thorough in her exam. I highly recommend her for pediatric care!

Only a few years ago, I was one of the lucky first patients to get a new type lense after cataract surgery. I haven’t had any problems since and just love my clear vision - even at night. I strongly recommend Dr. Strange and his skilled staff.

I was in desperate need of an upgrade in my eye prescription and this practice came highly recommended. I wanted to switch to contacts and thanks to Dr. Ramamurthy it was a complete breeze. She even made sure I was comfortable taking them in and out and taught me a few tricks to make the process simple. I will never go anywhere else as long as she is there. Dr. Ramamurthy is straightforward and she keeps everything in the best interest of the patient. I can't say enough great things about the entire process.

The office and the staff was very pleasant, but I need to highlight doctor Culbertson. He was absolutely amazing and he let me advocate for myself. Dr Culbertson is, patient, kind, transparent, understanding, epithetic and he LISTENS! Such a good human 🫶🏾 Best eye Dr hands down, I will not be going unless he is there, he is top-of-the-line.
