Showed up an hour early to see if they could get in in because of a funeral conflict that I was to direct a barbershop choir. As luck would have it, they got me in and out before my scheduled appointment! Dr MILLER AND TEAM are so friendly and competent. Thank you! (The singing went great).

Cynthia is probably one of the best opticians I have met in 75 years on this planet we call Earth. Most knowledgeable and knows how to connect with people. Knows her products and what glasses look good on her customers. Bought two Persol glasses from the Steve McQueen series. Great conversation with Cynthia about McQueen era fastback Mustangs. Will definitely be sending my friends to Optique.

Jose was extremely helpful and patient. He takes his time to break all the pricing down and explain everything as many times as needed. He will definitely help you choose the right glasses and if you need to add anything else on there he’ll make sure you fully understand before purchasing anything.

This place has taken care of my eyes and my family's for over 15 years I could have went to a big fancy place but I choose here because of how friendly they all are and knowledgeable. Need glasses or just an eye exam give these guys a call.

Another wonderful experience today for my son's appointment. Seemed to move a bit speedier than in past. Going to miss Dr. Thornquist. Hope he has a wonderful retirement!!

Don’t go here. The manager is too worried about the girls getting overtime than he is patients missing contacts which I paid for over a month ago and tracked as delivered two days ago. I am new to the area and had I known that’s how business here is ran, I would’ve went somewhere else for a screening and contacts. The manager was in the store when I was expressing concerns that I’m elderly and without glasses or contacts due to them misplacing them. He told me I should’ve been asking other questions such as if I can get a refund or when can a refund be available. Instead of how were my contacts lost and when I can expect them found. There’s are many eye places available, and I would rather pay full price at target or Walmart rather than get a discount for an exam and contacts.

Terrible customer service.. Went in there today for my yearly eye exam, when i arrived the lady at the front desk was terribly rude to me,My appointment was for 1130am, they tried to tell me it was for 1115, which shouldnt have mattered since I walked in at 1120. I was then rudely barked at by the front desk person since i didnt return a call by them asking if i could come in earlier to be seen...Guess what i was working.. Professionals make appointments for mid day on the weekends because they work not so that they can waste a few hours of time on a weekend. Personally i think giving one star is asking for way to much. Id give them a half a star if that. Stay away, the Dr's a great guy but with employees like that its not worth going to. Id get treated better going to an eye specialist at Walmart in Brockton Ma. Sincerely a lost customer Mical Weisberg

This place is amazing! Most specifically Dr. Chan-Kai is phenomenal. On June 21st I found out I had to have an emergency retinal detachment repair in my left eye. I was terrified, but Dr. Chan-Kai and his assistant Cory were so amazing in explaining everything to me. On June 23rd I had my surgery at St. Vincent’s. I can’t explain enough how relieved I am to know I was in the best hands for having to have this procedure done. I went to my post op appointment today and he says it’s looking pretty good all thanks to his excellent work. I highly recommend him if you have to have anything done, especially if it’s an emergency. I’m amazed at their level of care! The only thing bad I experienced was an hour wait time, but it’s definitely worth it when you’re in great hands! Thank you so much!
