Armintha helped me out with my glasses, my nose pads fell off. Was jabbing me in my nose. She took time to not just assist me with my problem but went above and beyond to put them on my glassed cause they didn't have any kits for me to do it myself. Means so much to me and will always be returning here for my glasses needs. Armintha is one of a kind employee and should be cherished

Everyone here was so amazingly helpful! My daughter broke her glasses and she hysterical that we wouldn’t be able to replace them. Anixa was amazing. She was very relaxed and reordered her frames right away. I never felt rushed she made me relax instantly. My daughter was so excited to finally have her glasses back! Would def recommend.

Update 1/29/26: They reached out and made right with an apology and contact lens extension. David was very pleasant to deal with and ensured customer satisfaction. _____________________________________ The optometrist that performed my exam was very detailed, caring, and professional. However, the assistant I spoke to up front didn't seem like they wanted to work there. When paying for my fitting and exam, I was severely overcharged. I had to call and get it corrected. And after placing an order for contacts, it went two weeks with no follow-up. It was only after I reached out did they let me know they were ready for pickup. I tried to support local businesses, but felt the customer service was really lacking and probably won't return to this store.

Amazing, amazing customer service. I’ve had lenses my whole life, but the clarity with their digital lenses are amazing. I ordered high end lenses and that’s what was delivered. No bait and switch here. They explained absolutely everything to me so I knew what my options were within my price range. I will never, ever go anywhere else for my eye care needs!!!! Thank you to Christina, the owner and all of the Sterling Optical staff.
