I had the best experience with Target optical. Dr. Markeson was very patient, knowledgeable and kind. The eye exam was affordable and so were the pair of glasses I chose. I had been struggling with my eyesight until I was able to make it to Target optical, it truly was a life changing experience me. Yes, I recommend!

I had great experience with the doctor.

I have not had any contact with this Dr. I had an appointment with him about a month ago. We showed up on time but was left waiting for a long time, I’d say over an hour. My husband has to drive me to all my appointments because I am unable to. I have several autoimmune diseases that cause me problems, I can’t move without a walker and sitting in any kind of chair causes extreme pain. My Husband tried to get information from the front desk but was told that there was only one Doctor and many people in front of us. My husband felt like we were in a low income Doctors office. He decided we were leaving and told the staff that. I was getting very sick from sitting there so I was ready to go home. I believe my Husband told them we would not be back. I see a lot of Doctors, my time is limited and just as important as the Doctors charging me to sit and wait. You would think they would have called and rescheduled us knowing that they were short handed instead of making us wait. I have since been bombarded with texts and messages saying that my appointment is at such and such time. I called immediately and reminded them that I no longer would be a patient there, and I have no idea what they are doing because I received the message I am reviewing right now from a Doctor I have never seen. So be very wary of this office they don’t know who their patients are. It’s a shame to because I have severe eye problems and was looking forward to seeing this Doctor, from my research I knew he would be knowledgeable with my eye problems. Now I am left looking again.

Was told over the phone appointments were 2-3 months out. I scheduled one anyway and gave receptionist all my info. Appointment time came and I had not received a call, email, or anything asking for paperwork to be done or confirmation of appointment. I had a friend take off work to take me to my appointment. After waiting months for this. The receptionist, after giving my name and appointment time to her, said “Due to no response to confirmation calls, we will not be seeing you today.” I told her I didn’t receive a call and asked my number they tried to call and she gave me a 571 number (Apparently Virginia because I googled it). I have had the same phone number for years. Never lived in Virginia. I gave her my actual phone number and she said “Just because you don’t recognize your number or gave us the wrong one, doesn’t mean you will be seen! You didn’t confirm your appointment so it was cancelled!” How could I if they sent it to the wrong number?! It was very clearly a clerical error on their part. But she was very rude to me about it. And refused to accept any responsibility. She said “ we can get you in tomorrow at 1pm.” Which is odd considering it took months to get an appointment. I’m wondering if it’s a discrimination thing because of my insurance or because I am white. Still have yet to receive any confirmation of my appointment today. Not even sure she put me or my actual number in the system for an appointment. Called after I hadn’t received confirmation text or email.

Love him!! My daughter and I go to him!! He is very knowledgeable, gentle and professional. Dr. D takes the time to explain any question you have! Great doctor and personable!

Wow I have never had this great of service anyplace for glasses. Thank you so much Alex for helping me pick out new glasses and for all of the extra info you gave me. I will definitely return for my eye care needs! ❤️

Nothing but good things to say about this location in Woodstock, Georgia. The staff was just amazing, Jason especially was so helpful in getting my glasses perfect with my prescription! Love my frame! I take my whole family here, just an all-around great experience.

I was having an eye issue that wouldn't go away. Dr. Kyle took the time to do a full examination of my eyes before making recommendations! He explained everything in detail for what was going on and my treatment plan. I have used the big box stores in the past for my glasses and contacts, never again after my great experience with Dr. Kyle and the team at Visual-Eyes Optical!

My entire experience was very pleasant. The registration clerk was very kind and helpful. My wait time was short. Dr. Ware’s assistant we very nice and explained everything well. Dr. Ware explained everything completely. It was my first ever laser eye surgery. Dr. Ware was amazing. I was made to feel very comfortable.

Went to go look at frames with my husband and they wouldn’t let us go in to look together. They were going to have my husband and child sit in the car while I looked. The whole purpose was to pick out glasses together.
