Extremely well run clinic w/a great staff & they seem to work like a team. No real wait to see a doctor even as me being a new patient. I do recommend that as a new patient it is best to go on their website to get the forms & have it already filled out, that cuts down waiting time & always bring the proper ID including the insurance info. Dr. James Yocum seems to be a great opthalmogist & a specialist in the field of blocked 😢 tear ducts. Totally recommend him for this reason as his practice is in my insurance plan also.

I've been going here for a few years for my annual eye exam. Dr. Jahnke does a great job of remembering me and my history, and shows care about both. The facility is nice, the staff is friendly, and parking is free (with validation).

Waited over 30 minutes on the phone to speak to a pharm tech to activate an electronic prescription needed soon. Got to hear a lot of Mozart tho. The tech finally was able to come on and was courteous and helpful. the manning of these pharmaciesseems inadequate, and The AF needs to reassess this. This type of wait is unacceptable- it is 1/2 hour wasted of the rest of my limited days!!. (BTW , I previously tried the QR code to ‘get in line’ a couple of times and it did not go through and caused a real delay.)

Me and my family got our glasses and eye exam here. My wife brought in her old frames for her sunglasses and we were told that they could change the lenses but because they were old frames that they would not be responsible if they broke. We understood and we're happy that we were told that. They were able to change the lens and treated the frames with extreme care. My daughter also got her glasses she felt they were crooked and they took their time with her to make sure they were perfect for her. The doctor and the staff here were great and took the doctor took her time with my wife and daughter to make sure that all their needs were met. Thank you to everyone in that office.

I love this place! the staff treated me like family, they are very professional, and the doctor was awesome. I highly recommend people to go here. they worked with my insurance to get me a nice pair of glasses!
