Dr Chan is very kind and patient. He is also a very good doctor. He has a small office which is friendly and quiet. It is a much better choice then the chains that are popping up everywhere.

Called at 5:00 and got an appointment for 5:45 was out by 6:30 after glasses and contact exam, free trial contacts and 6 months contact order at a good price. Highly recommend as exams are handled remotely and quickly with new machines.

Everyone here was so nice and patient with my 3 yo son. We had a heck of a time getting a reading for his glasses, but the gentleman was very kind and so patient, even though it took almost 20 minutes. I was so very grateful for how wonderful the staff was. The doctor was also great and knew what she was doing. This was only my second time dealing with eye care for my son and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. So grateful for you all and we will continue coming here.

Great staff! Everyone is friendly and professional! Dr. Aizuss is the Ophthalmologist's Ophthalmologist. He has performed both of my cataract surgeries, with absolutely no negative after effects. In fact, I'm seeing better now than I have since I was 16!! I'm completely happy with the process and the end result.

Brought my mother here for a check up. They asked her to be here 15 mins prior to her appt. That would be 9:15 it’s 11:30 and I’m still waiting for her to come out. This place always overbooks their patients and it’s just rude!!! When the doctor came in the room, he said, "I am really busy today". No apology, and no consideration of his patients time!!

The surgery was successful! The office staff went over and above working with my insurance company

Liz was amazing. I cannot describe how my experience was with Liz. She did the most amazing job with me and picking out my frame wear. Liz made me feel like i was on top of the world, and she made me feel so beautiful. She was helping me so much, I thought it was a private experience. Dr Chang and the office are very busy. Dr and Staff at Riverside office are beyond wonderful. Dr. Chang knows his trade, I like that he's to the point and gives out beneficial advice. Some people don't like directness, but I'd rather have my mom seen by a very competent and direct professional. The staff is so accommodating. Thank you!
