Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to what I thought I wanted/needed and helped me understand everything being a first time progressive lenses customer. This was especially important seeing that just a few weeks earlier I had been to a competitor who completely messed everything up and then did not have great customer service when it came to helping get it right. Thanks Kelly @ Rochester, MN Lenscrafters! I may have paid just a little bit more than the competitors price, but I completely believe that you get what you pay for and the service was excellent . I can't wait to get my new glasses and see how they work for me.

My experience was very good. I had a few minutes to look at the glasses. Then I was called back and Step 1 of the Eye exam was went smoothly, then visiting with the doctor was painless and Informative. Working with Maricela taking measurements and talking with me about my options was pleasant and professional. The process took a little bit longer than I thought it should However, it was very beneficial and we got it done, and then she took care of my husband.

Dr. Kwong is such a great doctor and I can feel his compassion and care as soon as he enters the room. I thank him so much for making my visit and care a wonderful experience of joy and he keeps me relax on every visit. I enjoy seeing him for all my eye care. Thank you again.

Sarah Small was very professional, personable, committed to my care, receptive to my descriptions of symptoms and thorough with her evaluation of them. She communicated her observations well and set up future steps to take.

Love this office! Everyone is very pleasant, professional, and helpful. I recently moved to the area and this location is very convenient. I always get my contacts and glasses promptly. Dr. Woolridge is very knowledgeable and caring. I have difficulty finding glasses that fit well because I don't have much if a nose bridge, and he was very patient and informative about my options. Highly recommend this office.

Took my daughter for the first time. I was in and out within an hr! They treated my daughter with so much kindness. She’s always been scared of going to the dr and they made her feel comfortable the whole time.

Some of the most rude staff I have ever encountered. The doc was not even phased when I confided in him about it. Not impressed. He was average anyway. Guess I need a better doc.

We were able to get my daughter in quickly. The staff were so friendly and kind and made a new and potentially scary experience fun for our daughter. Dr. Lipsky was great. He didn’t rush us. Was warm and friendly to our daughter and fully explained the treatment plan. Would highly recommend!

The staff and doctor were nice however it took awhile and the equipment didn’t seem sanitary.

We came to Dr. Baht for an emergency visit when my 4 year old scratched his cornea. He was incredibly patient and kind with a very nervous kid who was in a lot of pain. Dr. Baht and his staff were great!
