For as long as I can remember, I have been going to America’s Best Eyeglasses, and specifically, THIS location, Sheridan Drive Tonawanda, NY. The manager/owner runs a tight ship. You are always seen within 15 minutes of your appointment time. EVERYONE is so friendly and nice. You make contact with 3 professionals when you go for an exam and eyeglass fitting. The person that does the initial tests, I had Rachel this time, what a doll. Then you see the eye Dr. I had Dr. Tucci, have had him before. Then the optician. It is here that I feel this branch shines. They have Michael, and he has been there for years. He is so kind and patient. Not only does he do a fabulous job at designing your glasses (in my case of progressive lenses, he has to get the magnification areas just right), but he will work out the most cost-effective path for you. Sometimes it’s cheaper to get new frames, sometimes not, and he will never pressure you or embarrass you into getting new frames. He will check your insurance for any coverage. You can tell he likes what he does, working with customers/patients, and takes pride in what he does. Along the way at AB, you can ask any questions about the tests, your eyes, the cost, and they will respond professionally. I won’t go anywhere else! Great job guys – keep up the good work. Teresa

These guys are awesome. I had to purchase new frames about 2 weeks back, from lenscrafters. Lenscrafters of Irwin (ive had great service from other locations but, ya don't go that one) left some rock hard nose pads that actually had sharp edges on the inside. It was killing my nose. I stopped in with these guys, new pads that are awesome in 5 minutes, no charge. I'll be back

My first time seeing Dr. Logani was great. He was extremely thorough and a no-nonsense type of guy. I could tell he cared about my eyes. He is very busy and there is a hell of a wait in the office, but his care is worth the wait. I feel like I'm in good hands.

Oh! It was simply excellent. That's enough said. Service was outstanding from everyone. That really is "MyEyeDr." from now on! THE BEST!

My experience with Longe Optical Anthony proved to be a masterclass in deplorable customer service. I originally had a late afternoon exam appointment and received a call to move it. We settled on another time that was actually over my lunch break. so I could take the appointment around my lunch break. The day of, I arrived promptly for my appointment. I was told to sit in the waiting area and someone would be over to collect my driver's license and insurance information. Meanwhile, two new customers came in and were assisted immediately. Next thing I know and it's 20 minutes later, and no one has come over to help me. A customer's time is valuable and I certainly don't have 20+ minutes to waste, especially over a lunch break when I have to get back to work. But apparently, my time wasn't valuable to Longe Optical. Moreover, if a company can’t greet and check in customers properly, one has to seriously question if it would take administer proper eye care. To add insult to injury, the company made no focused effort to make this situation right -- they merely offered an insincere apology and the opportunity to reschedule. Longe Optical promotes the following: "We are constantly raising the bar to deliver impeccable service. ... " Based on my experience, I can state that this is merely marketing hyperbole.

Super quick service and the receptionist lady was so sweet and helpful! She made sure we were helped right away as well as the other customers in the store as well. She explained the prices and let my daughter try on her glasses comfortably. My daughter got her glasses in 20 minutes. Thank goodness because it was my only day off and I wanted to get it taken care of the same day!

Great customer service! Fast and efficient. Optical rep was super friendly and helpful... very patient Lots of good glasses options to choose from. Also, Dr. Tran is great with kids for taking eye exam.
