Dr Pappas is the best. He found issues with both myself and my wife requiring a specialist ophthalmologist referral. As Far as glasses: Best deal around. They give you so many days if you’re not satisfied they will remake the lenses. Their prices are better than most elsewhere. Every time glasses are ordered they come in sooner than expected. And if you have an issue/breakage etc, with your frames, regardless of how it occurred they will repair or replace up to one year from purchase. We have used this warranty several times.

We always try to support local small business and this is an awesome husband and wife doctor team. The doctors and staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My family have been coming here for 10+ years and we always come out seeing and looking great with our eyeglasses and contact lenses. Both doctors are so very thorough and caring. They have a huge selection of frames and my daughter recently started wearing contact lenses and the staff was very patient training her to put them on and take care of them. It took her a while to learn, but they spent the time to teach her. We only trust our eye care to them.

Wow best most thorough eye exam in years pre test were given and the operator was skilled and knowledgeable MY LAST TWO eye exams the people acted as tho they never had used it. And the DOC VERA ‼️‼️‼️‼️ 💯 percent SUPERFANTASTIC. the latest technology and she exposes confidence and no need for a specialist but she has those resources for those whom have trouble OVERALL so happy to have picked Doctor Vera and her team ( aka her moms her sidekick ) wonderful experience. The lady with that well The glasses was phenomenal as well I did not buy any but she was very helpful

I have been going to this practice for many many years. They have always been professional and friendly. They have taken care of all my children and some of my grandchildren. They are the BEST.

No way, the guy who worked there rushed through the exams! He also interrupted me MANY TIMES. I have a sensitive heart, so I cried when I got back home. Plus, they don't even answer calls if that wasn't bad enough. I do NOT recommend this place AT. ALL.

They were amazing! Very affordable and was out in no time. We made the mistake of going to Visionworks in the mall first. Go here first don’t make the same mistake we did. This place is our go to for glasses now!!

Husband had a 9:30 a.m. appt for follow up on bilateral cataract surgery he had in March and April. We arrived on time. We waited until 10:30 and then walked out. We were never communicated of a delay, we were never offered to reschedule. We don't mind waiting if someone had said," Dr. Cronin is running a little late this morning, do you want to wait, or would you like to reschedule?" I feel the providers are competent in their care, however the staff could use training on improving Customer Service. Just because a patient is retired does not mean their time is not valuable. Empower your staff to provide options. Better communication between the back staff and front desk staff would be an improvenent.

Great experience! All the doctors we have seen are very family friendly and excellent in explaining any issues the kids have had and have been thorough in providing treatment details and follow up. Dr. Darnell, In particular, has been amazing in diagnosing our daughters issue, and helping educate us on the lifelong treatment she will need as she grows up. She always calls me back personally, and has even gone out of her way to schedule appointments with me for my daughter when I have forgotten. The entire staff is very friendly and efficient both in person, and over the phone or email. Very highly recommended!

Great experience with Dr O'Melia and staff. They are friendly & efficient. The office is Clean . They made sure i was,well informed and prepared pre and post op for my cataract surgury. They helped sorting out my insurance. The aurgury went well and everything is progressing nicely.
