This office is fantastic! The office staff is so nice and Dr Albergo has a super bedside manner

I will explain why 1 star. 1. I paid for scratch proof on my glasses and they were scratched and didn’t honor the warranty. 2. I went back to tell them about my glasses and wanted to charge me Half for new glasses knowing that I had paid extra money for scratch proof lenses. 3. I also to him that I need my glasses for work and wanted me to leave them, which is not possible especially if I need them for work. Now, hopefully he can give better warranty on lenses as well as frames

I was a walk on a Saturday afternoon and was pleased to be able to see the doctor. I appreciate the professional attitude and treatment at this location. After completing the required paperwork I was able to see the doctor immediately. Dr. Le was so professional and I was so pleased with the examine. The exam was through yet quick and I was so pleased with my new contact lenses. Great staff and service! Thanks. I had to return after two weeks since I was having a little problem with my contacts. Dr. Le was very patient with me and helped me to understand what was happening with my contacts. I am truly impressed with this office and the professionalism. I was so impressed with the office staff but even more impressed with Dr. Le and he caring and nurturing skills. Thanks for a job well done! I will be back and will be sending my friends.

I had my recent eye surgery here. This place is exceptional in every way. The employees are not only pleasant, but also very professional. The waiting area is very comfortable for you and your guest and the building is immaculate.

Took my 15-year-old much-loved, much-abused, and quite fragile Kawasaki rimless frames, which were basically falling apart. Vladimir did an amazing job, ordering new bushings, calling as soon as they came in, and not only replacing the bushings but realigning the entire frames, strengthening and cleaning, and charging me only for the very inexpensive bushings. Great! My ancient glasses are like new. :)

I had an incredible experience here. The staff is light hearted and helpful. The exam was by far the best experience with an optometrist I've ever had in 40 years. The assistant who helped me pick out glasses was really knowledgeable about what my insurance would cover and which frames fit my budget as well as which add-ons would be covered as well as out-of-pocket costs. I'm definitely coming back for my exam next year and I love my new glasses.

Called , was told for private pay $221.00 ! Other places are half that or approx. 2thirds that cost. They should be a shame to charge that much.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Receptionist was welcoming and pleasant. Marta was instrumental in assisting me with frame selection. Her ability to be thorough has been consistent over the many years I’ve been coming to Visionworks.

Dr. Fierro and his team made this one of the most seamless appointments I’ve had. They were right on time, the entire experience was efficient, and everyone was welcoming and professional. Dr. Fierro was incredibly helpful, took the time to answer my questions, and had such a calm, positive presence that immediately put me at ease. Excellent customer service from start to finish—I was in and out without ever feeling rushed. Highly recommend!
