These folks are great - excellent customer service and top notch quality care. Dr. Pickett is an amazing OD. He continues to upgrade his equipment with the latest technology. The front office staff are very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend this business for your eye care needs for the entire family.

Dr M.Nguyen is very approachable, able to answer questions and concerns,very knowledgeable. It’s always a pleasure to see her. The staffs are efficient, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend!

Dr Lukens is a great optometrist. My whole family goes to him. He is very nice & professional, I like that he doesn’t rush you, answers all the questions & explains well. I highly recommend Dr Lukens if you’re looking for an optometrist.

Doctor was kind and friendly, Took the time to discuss my eye concerns and gave me suggestions to help. Front desk assistants were also helpful and kind. They were approachable and welcoming.

My Mom called to make sure you were open Friday morning, as she needed some work on her glasses. Office was closed. You need to put a sign out, closed for today, or update sign on door to: sometimes closed on Fridays. There was also a gentleman that needed services that walked in with a pair of glasses Update: went again for optical, and that part was closed because they were sick. My Mom told them she was coming this morning. Need to have more than one person working in optical, or start making appointments, so that the customer can be called if no one is working!!

I have no problem with the Doctor , however i have been very disappointed with the treatment and results of the staff . I purchased frames for $500.00 . When they broke , just above the lens in less tha 6 months they did take care of it but it took a few weeks . Then the rubber part of one arm fell off adt was lost . I took the glasses back and they ordered the part .After a m month went by i called several times and they had not got them in yet . So i went to the store about a week later and they said that they dont know who helped me because there was no order . So they ordered them and told me that the only come as a set , $35.00 . They finally got them in 6 weeks later . When i arrived at the store they only replaced the rubber tips . They said that they weren't covered under warranty because they were over a year old . I said that when they broke they were under a year old , " No Comment " . . I told them that i was very unhappy with the situation and that i would not be a returning patient . Then the staff worker said that she was sorry that i had felt that way .
