Update: I had sat in my parking spot replying to some emails and texting a few people. At around 6:55 I saw 2 people come to the door and looked like they were locking up. Which confused me as I wasn't able to enter earlier and neither was another gentleman who tried around 6:40. The gentleman locking up noticed and motioned if I was there for them. I nodded and followed them in. When I informed them that the door had been locked. They were confused because they hadn't locked it until just then. Something must have happened with the door. But they were apologetic, friendly and polite. And adjusted my glasses for me so I won't have to worry about that until I manage to mess them up again. I don't know what is going on here. Stopped by for an adjustment because my glasses are bothering me. Online hours stated they closed at 8 pm. The hours sign on the door state 7 pm. Yet I arrived at 6:20 and they were closed. No other notice like "We're sorry we had to close early today." or anything. Starting to think getting my glasses at Rx Optical was a poor decision. My frames broke after 3 months of normal wear and while they replaced them the 45 minute wait that day was ridiculous. Now half the time I drive here it's either long waits or locked doors. My recommendation is to find a different place. My eye has run this eyeglass chain into the ground.

I had such a great experience. Jessica, Gabriel and Dr. Yang made my patient experience a great one. Jessica explained everything she would be doing and how the machines worked and the purpose of the machines. She was very patient. Dr. Yang answered all the questions I had in regards to my eyes and she was super nice and very detailed in her explanations. Gabriel helped me choose my glasses and suggested which ones would work best with my prescription. This team was so great and very patient with me. I definitely recommend coming here.

The office staff are always kind and helpful, and that is a very big deal because they represent the office and culture of that office, and they're always very kind and helpful. Dr Matthew is amazing in all possible ways because he listens to you and I've seen him a lot due to my issues and not once has he been unpleasant or seemed irritated. He is very professional and IMHO, he's very compassionate and helpful. I know that should I have a very serious issue, I will be able to rely on him, and that is a very comforting thought. I am so glad he exists as a person and as an eye doctor because I saw three eye doctors before him, and, none of them were able to treat me with the kindness and attention that he has. He is too legit to quit, or, too cool for school, if you will. He's the real MVP, the real deal. In all seriousness, I will ensure that he's my eye doctor for as long as I'm in AZ.

I had a very good experience with this company. All of the workers are pleasant and knowledgeable. My glasses were delivered in a very timely manner and only that the lens prescription was perfect. The doctor was personable. He listen to my concerns and he took his time adjusting my prescription.

My first time ever here! Got same day appointment and felt so welcomed! Place is so clean and everyone very professional and friendly!! Dr. Figler and his whole team were incredibly kind, professional and proficient. Their office is clean, the front desk staff were friendly and all my concerns were addressed. I recommend this office to all my family and friends. Definitely a huge recommendation from me!!

I recently visited T&C Optometry and was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Troung and her team. From the warm welcome to the professional care, everything was top-notch. Dr. Troung explained each step of the eye exam clearly, making me feel comfortable and informed. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting me in choosing the perfect frames. The office is modern and well-equipped, and scheduling an appointment was easy. I highly recommend Dr. Troung and her staff at T&C Optometry for their excellent service and care. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease which affects my vision, I made an appt and saw Dr. Thomas. I have never had such an extensive exam plus she explained thoroughly all options available to me. I received a new prescription, great assistance in helping me pick out new frames, and everyone made sure the glasses were perfect via adjustments when I picked them up. Great personnel, great experience.

Sue at the Hales Corners Hershloff is wonderful. She fit my glasses perfectly and is a definite asset to the company. I would recommend this location because of her!

Dr. Galvin diagnosed a very serious eye condition. She implemented a seamless treatment plan clearly and effectively. She is very experienced and empathic. Highly recommend.
