My experience at Target Optical was wonderful from the minute I walked in and was greeted by Candace who took down all my information to Semaa who spent much time helping me find the perfect glasses to Dr. Rodman who is the best. I have been going to Dr. Rodman for many years, even following him to wherever his practice was located. After a thorough eye exam he explains everything in detail and doesn’t rush you out the door. If you use Target Optical you won’t be disappointed.

Best service, Best selection, Best attention. The professional service and attention I have received with Dr Cepero and his staff is absolutely amazing. I will recommend them to all my friends , co-workers and family. I was there two years ago and again today. They remembered me and treated me like family. On time appointments and a true medical professional.

Customer service over the phone was not a good experience. But in person, it was much better... Overall, they are a good doctor and get your prescriptions correct. I enjoy going to them.... And getting my prescriptions ..been going to them for years Even before they change their name.. It's just front desk staff needs a little more patience. It should be a equal opportunity regardless over the phone or in person, need some work.. But overall, I'm ok

Told me my appointment was canceled after I walked in the door on the day of the appointment saying they were double-booked.. Pushed me out for another 30 days. Great way to run a business.

This review is for Dr. Hummel only. I have been a patient here for years and have seen many of the physicians who work at West Coast Eye. So my past experience has been good. My recent appointment was for a cataract consultation. As usual, I got to the appointment about 25-30 mins early. After checking in, I was told to sit in the waiting room. I went through all the usual checks with the techs. Then I waited, and waited and waited. After about 70 minutes, I had to leave. I have other appointments and could not spend my day waiting any longer. My time is important too. The place was not busy at all, I only saw 2 other patients in the place. I would not go back to West Coast Eye to see Dr. Hummel. A 30 minute wait is expected, 60 minutes is borderline ridiculous, over 60 minutes is unprofessional.
