If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is a total disappointment. First of all, when we went into our appointment the woman working at the front desk was neither welcoming nor polite. She was extremely rude and did not seem to care about the people in the store. Now, after getting the prescription and purchasing glasses, I have been trying to reach out for an update on the glasses. I have been calling every day for a week, and they have not picked up the phone ONE TIME. The voicemail is full, and the call just disconnects with no way to leave a voicemail. There is no way to get in touch with them unless I go there in person, which I feel I have no choice but to do. How can these people consider themselves a pediatric facility if they can't answer the phone? What if my daughter had a major issue happening? I will NEVER go to this location again. Save your time and go to a local optometrist office. - I wanted to edit this to add that this is a shame, because we did like the Doctor. Hopefully he finds a better office someday!

I literally never leave reviews but felt it necessary in this case- Dr. Prediger himself got the second star for his office as every interaction I’ve had with him has been pleasant however the younger woman at the front desk has a HORRENDOUS attitude and should not be allowed to be in any customer related field. I’ve been in three times in 6 months and the last two experiences were ruined by how rude she was over simple requests- and if the situation gets even a little bit complicated (i.e. dealing with insurances) it only gets worse from there. Rude in person and rude to people on the phone. If you can come in on her days off, you will have a much better overall experience.

I can not begin to tell you how pleased with the care I received. The complete staff were all fantastic in every way. Also can see so much better. There was NO PAIN. I tell every one about this great place and how knowledgeable they are to explain everything step by step. Thank you to Dr.Haschke and the entire staff. Sincerely Rosie Meierhans

The professionals at Eye Site Vision Care Center took great care of myself and my partner, helping me through my first eye exam, and picking out just the right sets of frames for myself. As a first time wearer of glasses, they were incredibly patient, and worked with me to ensure the fit, and style were perfect. I couldn't be more satisfied with the professionalism of their team.

Amazing staff! Karen helped me out so much! Wide selection of frames to choose from. Will be coming back soon to get another pair! Highly recommend!

Dr. Gary Jaffe is the best. He is very experienced and professional. Dr. Jaffe walked me through my entire procedure while in his office and during my procedure. In addition, he called me later that afternoon to check on my condition, I have never experienced a call back assessment from any doctor in my lifetime...Thank you Dr Jaffe and your entire staff

I have been regular here past few years. Dr. Melissa Graves is very knowledgeable and gave right prescription. Based on my past experiences I am confident on her. Without insurance fee is $75. Contact lenses about $130. and you have an option to choose renina image scan without traditional eye dilution. Costs $39 no insurance covered.

Bought a pair of glasses from them at a cost of over 1000.00 dollars and told them before I left I could not see. Dr was not concerned in the least. The glasses sit in my drawer because they refuse to do anything or help get the prescription right. When Dr Houghton owned it before this current person. I never had any trouble and went to Dr Houghton for over 25 years.I refuse to give him the respect of Dr. I'll just say person never bothered to address my issue just told me sorry there was nothing he could do. Save your money and go to premier vision. They are awesome. Office staff is way better.They don't steal your money. Dr Kayci Houlette is the best.

Dr Sosne is an excellent Dr and he really cares about his patients

In my experience, he has NO social skills or bedside manner. If you want to hear a rambling and incoherent, answer referencing spaceships landing on the Whitehouse lawn in regards to your serious eye condition he IS your guy. If you want an articulate, intelligent and serious answer he IS NOT the Dr. for you. Essentially getting him to answer a question is like pulling teeth. It is painful. If your condition requires emergencies he will make you feel bad and constantly remind you of it. His wife is also abrasive, abrupt and rude. I WOULD NOT recommend any patient with half a brain use him.
