Dr. Olivetti is the most pleasant doctor I have ever known. But she is also an excellent doctor. I see her yearly and she is very skilled and very encouraging.

Dr Pattison is a great doctor. I like going here because they are very professional but friendly. They are very efficient while being thorough during my eye exam. Love getting my glasses here.

The staff and drs are great. However its hard to get hold of them by phone unless you call right at opening. I sit on hold for long periods of time and no one pucks up.

Dr. Halperin and his nursing staff, as well as all staff are outstanding. I have been concerned about an upcoming surgery and everyone took the time to explain the details and reassured me through their professionalism and kindness. I am most grateful.

Dr Pabon is an excellent eye surgeon. She is friendly, explanatory and. knowledgeable I’ve lived all over the country, had many ophthalmologists and she is top flight!

Such a great optical! Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I previously bought glasses online and always had problems, since switching to Jewel optical my headaches are gone and I see much clearer. And they do adjustments for the glasses for free!! My glasses always slip off my face so it’s nice to go and get them fixed when I need.

My experience was honestly the best I’ve ever had! I’ve been wearing contacts and glasses for almost 30 years so it is significant for me to have had that kind of experience. I’ve had really good experiences, but this exceeded all of them. Dr. Hudson, was exceptional in every way- welcoming, friendly, patient, personable, professional, knowledgeable, intentional, and authentic. Couldn’t ask for better. The equipment used in the exam from beginning to end was superior to any I’ve experienced before. Even the staff at the desk (I interacted with 2 different people on different days) also provided supreme customer service. Thank you! My eyes are so happy, it makes such a huge difference in my life!

Got my glasses here last time. Service was okay. Started spamming me with emails and text messages pretty quickly. Very annoying.

The doctor is nice and comfortable to work with. The new sales team were frustrating. Because of a poor frame selection, I settled. Then they called me to say what I chose was not covered. We chose a second option and the next day they called me to say that was not covered. 3x we went back and forth before I gave up on them. I ended up ordering 2 pairs of glasses online, in frames I liked, for the cost of one of their "specials."
