Happy with the results! Quick & everyone was so helpful and attentive with me. & Dr. Bosem did a great job! I highly recommed this place. I am very happy with my results. I no longer need contact lenses nor glasses :)).

This office is very accommodating with scheduling and communication. Dr. Storey gets back to us almost immediately if we have any issues or concerns and her bedside is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and patient with my 1 year old son. The staff is also very friendly! We love coming here!!

Staff is supportive, pleasant, efficient, and professional. The optometrists were great during follow-ups (responsive and thorough). Dr Marvasti that performed my surgeries is a miracle worker and very pleasant to meet with. Coastal Vision medical group is top tier and easily the best run medical group I have worked with.

Very enjoyable appointment with Dr. Korik, who seemed to answer all my questions. I was in and out in no time. Word to the wise: do not confuse this business with Urban Optical, which has a very similar address: 326 7th Avenue, Park Slope.

Very unprofessional office. The woman who did my test was very dirty and smelled terrible. She had terrible body odor and her glasses were disgusting!!! I spent almost two hours in one small room with her doing the eye exam. I have never had an eye exam take two hours. When I did see the eye Dr, he walked in never said a word did a couple of basic things and left. Your eyes are far to valuable to waste your time here. Never again! Miss. T

Does Uhc do good cataract surgery are they highly recommended

My husband experienced a blockage in his tear duct due to staph infection. This infection required immediate treatment. New Hope scheduled my husband's visit immediately. Office staff was pleasant, working with us and our insurance carrier Ambetter. Dr. Breene conducted a thorough eye exam, asking questions to ensure my husband was taking appropriate antibiotics. The physical exam was painless. Dr. Breene gave an excellent explanation of the situation happening within the tear duct. We left the exam with better understanding of the problem and how to resolve the infection. My husband and I were both impressed by the staff and doctors at New Hope. We look forward to visiting New Hope again for our annual eye exams, eye glasses and contact needs.

LOVE THEM! They're welcoming and the staff honestly takes their time to help you find the perfect glasses frame you're looking for. I moved to a new neighborhood and I wanted to go check my eyes. I saw my insurance covered this facility and it was the reviews that caught my attention! So I had to try it! The exam went well and any questions or concerns you have, they have the answer. Thank you again Dr. Lee and her team!

Staff is all friendly doctors explain and answer all yr questions there not in a hurry to get u out they get to know there patients.

Wow this place was amazing!!! Not only was the staff on point with knowledge, but they were SO friendly!!! Lydia helped me and she was so sweet! She didn’t even charge me! (Something small) But I was so grateful, I had to get them a treat! I’ve never felt so respected and just the kindness that poured out of each and everyone of them, especially Lydia!!! Thank you all! I will DEFINITELY be back!!!
