I have not been to his new office. They do not expect my insurance. " Navy retired" I am having hard time getting into a good eye Dr. That treats glaucoma. Dr. Mak was the best! After 25 years of him treating me Beachwood office will not take my military insurance . I am still trying to get medication for my eyes. So miss him dearly.

I don't recommend it, I went to ask about the price the lenses, and the gave me $230, and in the end the price was double, just because I don't buy the frame with them,

I have been going to this Optometry for many years for annual eye exams for myself and family. The doctor is very patient and takes her time in doing tests explaining what is being done. Never feel rushed here. I have also bought prescription glasses a few times. The support staff is very helpful and doesn't pressurize in making a quick decision. Very professional front desk staff. The only drawback is that there is a limited collection of frames with them.

The service was extremely outstanding. Very clean, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Blue and her staff were amazing hands down. She gave me the best assessment for my eyes and lead me in the direction I need to go in with getting new lenses for my glasses. She suggested me to get blue lenses for my glasses because I spend several of hours in front of a screen daily. I highly recommend Blue Vision Center for your contacts or lenses needs. Yvette was a personal joy to work with. While the whole staff was accommodating and helpful, the humor and personal touch given by Yvette made it a great experience. Clean, friendly, organized, and efficient. Great experience!

Very impressed with the whole office experience. The staff is very considerate, each staff member asked me if they should wear a mask. The exam took me into different rooms but the wait time was minimal. I received answers to all the questions that I asked each techand Dr Page gave me a full update.

I strongly recommend seeking opinions from multiple doctors before settling on Dr. Bokosky for treatment. During my visit, I was misled regarding my options for treating my keratoconus. I was informed that the only available therapies involved traveling to UC Irvine for procedures like cross-linking and PRK. However, this information is inaccurate; numerous reputable facilities within San Diego County are state-funded and equipped to perform these procedures. I urge anyone reading this review to approach a doctor’s recommendations cautiously. Doing thorough research and considering various perspectives before making any medical decisions regarding your health is essential. Consulting with other specialists may provide you with more accurate information and potentially better treatment options. Very unfortunate considering Bokosky’s reputation within the medical field, what a shame!
