Horrible SCAMMING DOCOTOR . Came to get help for his Eyes the DOCTOR Literally Scared him into paying over 300$+ out of his pocket just for us to go to Another doctor get a 2nd opinion and be told it was just pink eye and almost healing . HORRIBLE DOCTOR BIG SCAMMER DONT TRUST HIM AND DONT COME HERE

Optometrist is never available. You are never able to schedule an appointment and the staff are rude and confused! Would not recommend

Dr. Wiedenfeld and the entire team at Clarkson Eyecare are absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walk into the door I feel extremely well taken care of! Not only did they help me see better, but I've also never looked so good in glasses – if eyes are the windows to the soul, they've definitely added some 'curb appeal'. 😉 The eye exam was thorough and the staff was professional. Their post appointment customer service is excellent- efficient and extremely easy! Highly recommended! 🤓⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was at my appointment on time. After a half hour I asked how much longer it would be. The woman behind the desk was not rude, but she did not apologize for the inconvenience. She also couldn’t answer my question. As a teacher, I frequently apologize to family members or students even when the issue lies with the district - because I’m the face of the district - I’m its representative. I finally left after 50 minutes and I will be getting in touch with the practice and/or the hospital because they need to train the workers on customer service. Assure clients in the waiting room that you didn’t forget them and apologize for their long waits. It costs nothing. The other weird thing is that I looked up from my book when I heard the other receptionist being rude to a patient. I don’t know if the woman had just gotten up from a seat in the waiting room or if she had come from the doctor - she was an older Asian woman. The receptionist said, “Take a seat. I’m working with a patient and she’s with a patient too. Sit down.” I only looked up because a voice was raised - the patient had not said anything that I could hear and even if she had been rude, there was no call for the office worker to speak to her so dismissively. I wonder if we would have been treated this way in a suburban practice. Einstein is in the city - I live two blocks away - and I’ve never seen this attitude at a suburban doctor’s office.

Everyone at Retina Care is awesome. Dr. Lavina is great! He is an amazing doctor. So knowledgeable, and you trust him, unconditionally! Thank you Retina Care Specialists !!

Dr. Tran and her entire office staff are extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They always walk me through my options, explain what changes, if any, are needed in regard to my prescription, and have a wonderful selection of eyeglass/sunglasses options. I was also unaware of certain benefits that my insurance coverage provided and they were quick to point out everything that could be applied/done. Have been coming here for years and am confident I won’t go anywhere else.

I was very disappointed in the care I received. The exam was okay, except for the staff being a bit rude. I placed an order for contact lenses at my appointment on Wednesday. I was told twice that the order would be submitted on Saturday and that they take 7-10 days to arrive. I called in today to find that they weren't ordered until 4 days later than they should have and reminded that they will take 7-10 days to arrive. I impressed upon the staff after my appointment that I wanted to get my contacts as soon as possible so I can stop wearing my very uncomfortable glasses. I offered to pay extra out of pocket to expedite shipping. 16 days later, I still have no contacts and no estimate on when they will arrive. Go to Eyeglass World. They usually have a lot more options in stock and they've always delivered much more quickly than this.

Please don't go here if you wear contacts. These people can not be trusted!!! Felicia is ignorant, the entire staff here including Carolyn are careless, ignorant and phony, prejudice and don't know their own manufacturer and distributors, I was given (4) different numbers by them for people who said they don't have their product and are not their distributers or my account number given couldn't be found. They don't even try to help you, their answer to everything is I don't know or they give you minimal info to avoid helping you. plus I was given 2 account numbers; the acct number mentioned was on my refund I asked for, so why be dumb enough to give me (2) account numbers while I was trying to figure out how long contacts on back order would take; I was told by another eye doctor they could have emailed their distributor for the info . I see why they only have 3 stars. They better refund me my $350 or I will file a merchant dispute and take it further if necessary

Dr Ledda is Wonderful! He did the eye exam of my daughter and she even let him put drops in the eyes with no cry! The office is clean and I didn’t have to wait so much to have my appointment. I highly recommend that place!

I was greeted immediately by a friendly professional staff. The waiting area was clean, comfortable & accommodating. I was promptly taken back for my appointment. The technician took photos and explained what everything was for & what the photos showed. She also gave me helpful tips to improve my dry eye. The doctor was friendly, answered all my questions & further explained what my photos showed him. The new prescription i was given is perfect. My entire experience was great, not a single complaint!

Dr Brown is extremely knowledgeable and caring when it comes her patients and parents. She keeps my kids engaged while performing their eye exams. Makes it a positive experience for them. She makes it easy to get an urgent care appointment when needed. I can’t say enough about her bedside manner.
