Was able to get a same day appointment to have an eye exam for $39 to renew my NY driver's license. Ordered new glasses. Reminded them twice to send my exam results to DMV because my license was expiring. It wasn't done before they left on Friday! My license expired on Sunday. Called them on Monday and had them send it to the DMV while I was on the phone. No apology. No recognition of the stress I was under all weekend trying to renew online and not being able to, then not being able to legally drive for two days! I was happy with my eye exam and happy with my new glasses, but not happy with their lack of follow through and lack of concern over the effect that had on me.

I was prompted by a coupon deal they sent to me. I just needed some new frames with an existing prescription. Although the deal was based on the least expensive frames, I managed to find a couple frames that I really liked. Both associates working were so nice and patient and provided wonderful customer service with a friendly attitude. And I love my new glasses!!

Will return again. Im tell every one. So Happy with service an Yes i didnt have to wait weeks to get my glasdes back..took 1 hour or so..go there Not! Your Optometrist they are to expensive and takes forever to get them back

Friendly staff and very clean atmosphere. My experience was enjoyable and felt spa-like. Glasses were very stylish and reasonably priced.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Maus since 1997, an Allina ER/ICU nurse and the Nursing Administrative Supervisor at St. Francis Hospital in 1997-2000. Prior to that, I worked at Nebraska Methodist Hospital in Omaha along side Dr. John Fox who operated on James Brady when President Reagan was shot. My point is Allina Health is catapulting down at a fast rate! Changing health plan to Mayo.

My family and I are coming to see Dr Levine for over a decade. I have nothing, but amazing things to say about Dr. Stewart Levine . He is caring, warm, and really listens. He is very knowledgeable and empathic. His staff is wonderful as well! I highly recommend Dr. Levine.

Dr. Dang was attentive ( as was all staff I encountered) and he showed me a concern for my eye health, and general well-being. As I get older I understand more- the things my father spoke about -having a smooth interaction with those you serve or who serve you.
