Dr. Bergstrom is amazing! I’ve been wearing contacts for YEARS now and have always struggled to find the right fit - she always takes the time to find the perfect fit matched with latest lens technology that’s out there! The only eye doctor that has been able to do that for me! I would 100% recommend this practice. They are very responsive, available, and work with you to figure out the best path for your insurance. Would recommend!

Excellent experience. Was very thorough and educated me on the testing he was doing and the implications. I also got new frames and he was excellent at helping me choose the right frames for me. Highly recommended.

Great clinic! The entire staff is very polite. Had a quick and professional eye exam followed by a smooth glasses fitting. I especially appreciate the respectful treatment and the fact that they don’t rush you. Top-notch care!

At first, I heard the ad on the radio I was skeptic to see if anybody could help so I went to the Woodbridge New Jersey location to get my eye exam done. They recommended I go to the Bergenfield location for a consultation. Once in that location I received phenomenal phenomenal service, Jane and Yenny were nothing short of spectacular from the beginning to the ending. The process was seamless from going through insurance to answering all of my questions and scheduling the surgery and the follow up. Not many times can I say things went flawless but this certainly did. No longer am a skeptic, and I’m amazed at the results. Dr Heimmel is a man of few words but his work was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone. And my follow up with the optometrist was amazing. Let’s say 6 stars not 5. The colors I am able to see are so bright :). Ps. I am 50 and did cataract surgery and it’s so far life changing. Thank You for being amazing to this practice.

I would not recommend this eye clinic. The female doctor, Dr. Wong freaking takes forever. I had an appt at 3 & i saw her 4:30. Like why the hell did she took that long when theres rarely any patient. The other doctor in that clinic is much faster than she is. She never even apologize that she took forever. As a doctor, she shouldn’t make her patients wait this long. I was already pissed off when she came, but still acted nicely and put a fake smile. The staff are fine. They gotta be more communicative tho. Never coming back here ever again. I’ll be moving to another doctor in waipahu near seafood city that my boyfriend recommended. That clinic is a 4.9 star.

Dr. Peter Wong performed Entropion surgery on my left lower lid on April 8, 2024. Now, just three weeks later, my eye looks almost completely healed. It was an excellent experience and should my right eyelid get to the point of needing repair, I wouldn’t let anyone else do my surgery. I’m just a few days shy of my 86th birthday.

Super fast and convenient appointment. The check in was easy and forms weren’t long like other places. Staff was very nice from the front desk to the assistant to the doctor. Highly recommend them and will be going to them from now on.

Extremely rude and unprofessional experience.

I ordered prescription sunglasses and received them in TWO days. I love them! The fitting, prescription, and sun blocking are perfect. George is fantastic at making sure you get exactly what you want and you can tell he really enjoys his job and helping customers.
