I was very happy with my Doctor. He was clear and direct. Answered all my questions. I received excellent care the next day as I had my eyes measured and scheduled both eye surgeries effortlessly!

The staff are very friendly and courteous. The optometrist is nice and patient. It was my first time going there and I'll continue going there for eye exams.

Wow - I had my first visit to Vibrant Vision today and I was really impressed! The receptionist was friendly and professional, took my information quickly and got me checked in. Then I met Dr. McLaughlin. She gave me a very thorough eye exam and talked me through all the things she was seeing, and what it meant. She talked me through the best options for my situation before handing me to Michael, who was very knowledgeable about lenses and frames and walked me through my options. Great experience, can't wait to go back with my wife to pick out frames.

These ladies are the best! From the staff to the Doctor I have no complaints. A+ customer satisfaction from start to finish. I've been a loyal customer for over 6 years and followed her from 3 previous locations and will keep following these ladies.

Great place to get an eye exam and glasses. Doctors and staff are great, nice experience overall. Keep in mind you will pay more than in other places like Target and the frame selection is limited.

New patient first experience today, was excellent. People are nice and professional, location convenient and includes all the newest equipment! Glad to have found them.

Deb did a great job with the virtual eye exam. She is very professional and easy to talk to. She explained step by step so you knew what was going to happen and made sure to answer your questions. The other doctors that came on were great and made sure all of our questions were answered as well. I will definitely go back for yearly exams.

Dr. Chiu performed cataract surgery on both my right and left eyes, expediting these per my request owing to my upcoming travel plans. This was clearly no mean feat just in scheduling alone, but she and her staff nonetheless pulled it all off with aplomb. I could not be more pleased with the results. She is a phenomenally skilled and deft surgeon who, despite an obviously large and successful practice, managed to take great amounts of time, not only in the office explaining all aspects of care thoroughly, but also in personal follow-up via telephone and e-mail throughout the entire process. I have absolutely no hesitation in giving her my highest possible recommendation.
