Natalie and her staff are great - professional, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. I have been going here for years for glasses and contact lenses, and they always listen well and figure out what I need. I’m very happy I found them and highly recommend!

Stay away from this place! They are very unprofessional and unorganized. I had my eye exam and picked out my Eyeglasses over 4 months ago they have just now received them. Apparently they source out the lenses to be made at Correctional Facilities (Prisons). You are at the mercy of chance to when you will receive your Glasses cause they have no way of following up or expediting them from the prison facilities. Good luck! The 1 star is for one employee April who has tried to help me out throughout this ordeal! She's very professional.

Total incompetence. Have been a 10 year customer at the mall, everything was great. Port Saint Lucie staff is awful. Lost our glasses and then wouldn't help find them. Manager told Carlos to help us, he totally ignored him. Told me he was not going to help us because we were rude. Carlos should be fired on the spot. 9 out of 10 people had problems picking up glasses while we waited. P

Starting with my initial appointment, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of thoroughness in my eye examination. The experience I had, from that first visit through to the procedure and the subsequent follow-up, can only be described as truly outstanding. Dr. Walton and Dr. Essa not only provided me with a top-notch eye examination but also gave me the incredible gift of improved vision. Frankly, I never expected such a remarkable enhancement in my eyesight, especially at this point in my life. Their expertise and care have made a significant and unexpected positive impact on my daily life, and for that, I'm incredibly grateful.

I don’t often leave reviews for doctors but I was satisfied with my experience. Dr. Holle is a genuine doctor that loves what he does - gotta give the staff a break a times bc of all the crazy stuff going on in the world - overall super happy and will definitely be going back!

Did not like this place. Got a chilly reception absent any smiles, staff was indifferent. Went through the motions of an eye exam, they handed me a prescription, and I left. It was almost …awkward. Like they weren’t even interested. Very weird retail business practice centered on service. Maybe it’s because my exam was covered by Medicaid? A pattern I encountered at a lot of places.

I recently had an extremely disappointing encounter with this location, and I feel compelled to share my experience. I visited the office for what I anticipated would be a routine eye examination, but unfortunately, the receptionist's behavior left a lasting negative impression. I had three appointments, one for myself and one for each of my children. After the appointments, the receptionist notified us that our total would be over $100, which is unusual because we’ve been going there for 5 years and our insurance has always covered the entire balance. The receptionist told me that they’ve implemented a new service since the last time that I was in and my insurance does not cover it. Mind you, I did not ASK for this service. If it is included in the routine eye exam, that is fine but I told her that patients should be notified of that prior to receiving the service so that they may schedule at a time where they have an extra $100. I was met with a judgmental attitude when I mentioned that I couldn't afford an additional service that was not explicitly requested. The receptionist's tone and demeanor conveyed a lack of empathy and understanding, making me feel embarrassed for not having enough financial resources at that moment. At one point, she even accused me of stealing when I told her it was physically impossible for me to pay for this service as I don’t even HAVE that much money. I understand that upselling is a common practice in various industries, including healthcare, but the way in which this particular receptionist approached the situation was entirely unprofessional. Rather than respecting my decision and focusing on the reason for my visit, I was made to feel inadequate for not being able to afford an optional service. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and unfortunately, the receptionist at For Eyes on Higgins failed to deliver on this front. The overall experience has left me with a negative perception of the practice, and I refuse to recommend it to others based on the treatment I received. I believe it is essential for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that their staff is trained to handle situations with tact and sensitivity. Regrettably, my encounter at For Eyes fell far short of these expectations.

Horrible doctor. I saw him 2/3 times for dry eye and he literally threw his hands up in the air and said I can't help you. Not helpful or professional, AT ALL! I'D never recommend him to anyone!

Writing this review from their waiting room because of how ridiculously long I’ve been here. Arrived at 3:20pm for a 3:40 appointment. First time here…. Didn’t realize it was a “hybrid” office until after the appointment started. After passing me from person to person, finally got to see the doc on ZOOM for 5 mins. At 5:45 pm, over two hours since I’ve arrived, I’m still waiting to get a paper so I can leave. I’ve never had a doctors appointment in my entire life take this long. What gives?

First off the customer service here is great and the staff always show sympathy especially when my glasses break. Another thing I like is how clean the place is, considering it's inside with the amount of foot traffic there is. Prices are great with or without insurance and I'd say better than LensCrafters for sure. I recommend this to anyone who wants good service and a good environment to be around.
