Very professional, I went for contact lenses and on my first time he gave me the right reading I did not had to go for a second tryout excellent prices, very nice customer service, I do recommend Venus Optical

Dr. Hassan was very nice and helpful, however the rest of his staff wasn't.. I called to say I would be about 5 to ten minutes late and was told it wouldn't be a problem, I get into the office, mind you getting off work and dealing with rush hour traffic from work I was 13 minutes late.. the person I spoke with was glad to tell me that I couldn't be seen and that I would have to reschedule, ok fine no problem.. then i asked if I could wait because I drove all the way here.. I was then told that there were other patients that were already there, and the doctor couldn't see me, and there were customers coming in after me.. my family had walked in a few minutes after me and the other receptionist said well his next appointment is walking in right now.. and I said how is that when the people that walked in were my kids and husband.. I could tell that she just wanted to get me out of the way.. I was irritated at this point but I still kept my cool.. didn't raise my voice, got another appointment.. cool.. get to the second appointment and apparently my appointment was cancelled because the employees felt threatened and I was rude.. in no way shape or form do I have a rude disposition of any kind.. especially in my profession it's not tolerated. I may appear threatening but just to blatantly lie and use the classic " I feel threatened" role is typical behavior when a person of color questions anything that doesn't add up.. I would not recommend coming here if you aren't bright eyed and bushy tailed

I recently had my annual eye exam at 20/20 iCare & iWear, and once again, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The office is always clean, well-maintained, and free of any unpleasant odors, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Tina, the technician, was wonderful. She was friendly, patient, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly throughout the preliminary testing process. She made me feel comfortable and ensured I understood each step. Dr. Pham, O.D., continues to be one of the most approachable and personable healthcare providers I've ever met. He has a way of making you feel like you're talking with a friend while still providing thorough, professional care. He takes the time to explain everything in easy-to-understand language, answers questions without rushing, and conducts a very thorough examination. Amy wrapped up my appointment and provided excellent customer service. She made sure I understood all of my options and was happy to break down the costs when I asked. I never felt pressured or confused, and she made the process smooth and stress-free. From check-in to check-out, I felt well taken care of in every aspect of my visit. The entire team works together seamlessly to provide outstanding patient care. I truly feel that my eye health is in good hands at 20/20 iCare & iWear, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, caring, and professional eye care services.

Amazing staff and extremely attentive! I cannot say enough about the care they take to make sure that all your questions and concerns are answered. It was such a friendly atmosphere. The fee other waiting patients there were calm, smiling and patient while waiting their turn. That tells me that the service is worth any wait, although I didn't wait for long. The Dr. even gave me a few restaurant recommendations because I've just moved into the neighborhood. I see why this long-time member of the community is rated so highly by patients, the best optometry office I've ever been to. I was given options for my particular needs and wasn't pressured into buying anything.

Best eye doctor I've ever met. Down-to-earth, efficient and very gentle. My young son has special needs and the doctor was so kind and patient with him. She did a great job at my appointment as well. The receptionist/administrative assistant is very prompt and competent. Thanks again.

Blatantly ignored my simple and polite email inquiry about accepted insurances. It’s been two weeks, I suppose I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I went to get two pairs of cheap glasses to have extras to keep in my bedrrom and car. They seemed very upset that I was saving my insurance to use on a nice pair of glasses at my usual eye doctor. Very snooty and rude eye doctor with an office of unhappy big women.

My older girls and I all saw Dr. Hein this year. He was thorough, patient and very kind. He explained things well. I also appreciate his quirkiness!

Ms. Lisa is sooo nice and pleasant !... The doctors are fantastic with the kids and the parents. I will be going here for a long long time. I just hope doc doesn't retire soon !...
