I needed a trial pair of contacts. When I went into the Hoover location Ebony immediately noticed my eye was infected. She was so sweet and concerned. Ebony took great care of me and asked the doctor if she would take a look. Dr.K immediately agreed to postpone her lunch and help me out. Both ladies were extremely professional and took care of my eye emergency immediately. The level of care and friendliness put me at ease. I would highly recommend anyone needing a professional eye care team to go see Ebony and Dr.K at the hoover location!

WARNING !!! Had a 10:30 appointment, At 11:15 I was still waiting for the doctor. This seem to happen most if not all the time for their clients. This cost me a half of day work. No apology was given and I was told the doctor came to work late. I should wait till the doctor can see me. I should have read the reviews before I set up a appointment with them. Will they reimburse me for the time I lost for work? As they would have charged for a missed appointment. We will find out in small claim court. The office is run like a factory, STAY AWAY.

I placed an order for frames with them and ordered with reasonably fastest delivery option. Apparently it takes 5-7 business days for the frames to "be ready"! They never once mention on their website that frames take time for being "ready". I am very disappointed. I emailed customer service only to be given option of "different" frames. My entire point of ordering with them was I needed a particular frames for my child. Since then I asked for a overnight shipping whenever it is "ready" and customer service hasn't responded for over 2 days. I still haven't received the said frames by the way or the response to the email. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Elsa and Roxanne give the best optic experience a man can ask for. Dr. Colabella's exam gave me the best prescription and glasses fit I've ever had !!

I enjoy the staff & the optometrist is always professional and informing.
