I am visiting from Chicago and forgot my contact supply. I called Seattle Eye Care and they searched through new arrivals to find some of my exact prescription for me to pick up. It was such great customer service! I highly recommend!

It's always a great experience having my annual eye check with Dr. Fechtel at Active EyeCare of Surprise. Both Dr. Fechtel and the office staff are great. I always feel well taken care of and confident that my eye care is in great hands!

Old, outdated, antique place. Reminds me of a place I would have to accompany my great Aunt to in the 60's. Smells like an old house. Terrible selection of frames, terrible service, the old ladies there look like they've been there since the 60's. Last straw is they scheduled me for 8:00am today, didn't show up until 7:45am. They saw me standing outside in the cold and didn't open the door for me, at 2 minutes before 8:00 I left and canceled my appointment. I'll be finding a new doctor.

Dr. Denhartog was so kind, relatable and thorough throughout the whole process of my eye assessment. The associates working in the office were also very helpful and considerate. I am glad that I turned to them for my eyecare needs and plan to work with them for years to come!

I've purchased several pairs of glasses from here and always receive great service. The Dr is also fantastic. I have my annual exams there and always have a great experience. Highly recommended. Customer for over 5 years now.

Amazing when it comes to pricing, customer service and they carry a variety in frames to choose from. I’ve been a client for several years now and I plan to continue being a client for many more years to come!

Everyone is super friendly here. Dr. Jwo and his assistant Jen are awesome. They explained everything, went over all of my options and helped me to make an informed decision. Even on surgery day, Dr. Jwo made sure I was comfortable and explained everything. I am extremely impressed with my entire experience and will definitely recommend Dr. Jwo to anyone needing his expertise.

Accommodating, diverse & friendly: I only wish I discovered this place sooner. First, Caitlin & team are welcoming and friendly. Second, the optometrist is smart, patient and personable. Third, they have a diverse array of glasses. Shout out to Etnia Barcelona! Lastly, I mentioned accommodating because I was moving out of state and they worked to get me fitted with eye glasses which arrived before I moved. They worked with me on 2 visits to get fitted in the correct contacts and shipped them to me ASAP. Highly recommend!
