Some of the friendliest, most helpful personnel in any business or establishment that I know of can be found at MyEyeDr @ Fordham Drive in Virginia Beach. I'm there frequently because the frames of my glasses get bent, they're quite old. The representatives, Sasha and Andrea, never display frustration with me, as some others have at other locations – they always show the greatest kindness and respect. As an elderly woman, I really appreciate that so much. Also, Jason has recently helped me, and is patient and kind as well. I'm very thankful for them!

Michael was such a blessing in me. His knowledge and expertise were invaluable to me in selecting my eye glasses.

Dr. Jones is the Best eye doctor! His staffs are very friendly and professional as well. I’ve come to the Frisco clinic to see Dr. Jones during the past 10-plus years. I am happy and receives 5-star services in every visit. Thank you very much Dr. Jones and your awesome staffs！

From the appointment making process on, this Nationwide Vision Site has been friendly, courteous, and professional. The associate who helped me choose my frames was patient and offered a lot of assistance and advice. I have to say that the pair of glasses I purchased are the best I've had in a long time. The doctor listened to my concerns and made my progressive lenses stronger at the bottom. I finally have a pair of glasses I don't have to take off in order to read fine print. I also ordered the transitions. They are wonderful! They change to sunglasses quickly and look great! I'm really pleased with my experience at this Nationwide Vision Center.

It took me several months and a couple of visits to decide on getting new glasses. Each time I visited, all of the employees were welcoming, patient and helpful with my personal dilemma. When I finally decided on some frames and had the eye exam with Dr Sher, I couldn’t have been more pleased! He is very personable, professional and informative. His entire staff is top notch and if you ever just need to have your glasses adjusted, this is the place!!! I WILL return for future eye needs!

Loved it on eye exam. Loved it getting my new lenses. Thank you for your support to our military veterans. Great staff, very clean and courteous, and great cash prices. Maps off. 1st time told me it could NOT get me there. Eye place across the freeway got me to my appointment on time. 2nd time it was close getting me into road between two strip centers. When I pulled onto road, map said was incorrectly on the right. It is not. It is the strip center on the left. Why I posted photos of outside of building and business. It is in the middle of the strip center. A bit hidden, but we'll worth the drive. Not much of a wait.

I am a retired 70 y.o. public servant who has worn glasses all my life. Upon entering the store I asked if they accepted my insurance which they did. Before I could look at frames staff asked for ID, not an insurance card but state issued ID which I provided. This really didn't sit well with me and I returned to get clarification about this policy, I was assured everyone is required to provide ID before looking at frames. Times have changed, however, never before have I ever been asked to provide id. Was this your experience as well?

I took my twin daughters in to order their prescription lenses with an outside prescription and we were treated with kindness and so much help the from the moment we walked through the door! They are both autistic and have some sensory needs and a speech delay so that can sometimes make tasks like these a little overwhelming for them. The process was a breeze thanks to the kind people working in the optical shop who helped us! We were able to order the perfect frames and lenses. I am so relieved and grateful to have had such a pleasant experience!

Woke up with swollen and painful red eye. Called Dr Kaufer and they scheduled me asap. The staff is always very professional and accommodating. Dr Kaufer is thorough and very down to earth.
