I have very mixed feelings about this place. I went as a semi-emergency with a seriously bloodshot eye. They were very friendly especially the doctor. He took the time to explain the cause and also told me about a surgery he recommended, also non-emergency, elective. When it came time for me to complete my insurance and paycheck papers for the next year I wanted more information on the surgery, specifically costs. I called 3 different times and left messages and no one ever did get back to me. Needless to say I won't be getting the surgery this year; and, if I do in the future, I don't know if I'll go here or not. Too bad because I really did like him.

This is an excellent business. The doctor does the exam quickly and explains everything in simple language. He is very patient and takes the time to answer everything i ask. No pressure to end the appointment. The recently added a new staffer named Vickie. A pleasure to have her helping me out; great worker and person

I never been to an office where staff was very professional and very compassionate. I was so comfortable I felt as though I was going there for years not for being a first time walk-in. The wait wasn’t long before I got to see the doctor. Dr. Martinez is the best. She explained everything about my eyes and patiently answered all my questions with a smile. I recommend her service to everyone you won’t be disappointed.

When I arrived with my daughter our first encounter was with Lori. She was extremely helpful and very nice. We started asking our questions and she had Sterling help as well. Sterling was absolutely amazing as well. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I greatly recommend seeing them for all your needs and questions.

I have been using Dr. Lee for four years ,the Staff are always friendly and helpful . Dr. Lee shows me that she cares about my Eye health. I would highly recommen anyone looking for an Eye Doctor to try Dr. Kate Lee in Mesquite.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Very busy storefront with a lot of traffic. It is very impressive how the staff stays not only kind but organized. Dr. Hene was amazing and answered all my questions as well! Keep up the great work and thank you for your care!

Eric was wonderful. Very friendly, very knowledgeable but not pushy. Explained everything clearly without talking down to me. Great selection of glasses, very easy to choose the style, shape and price range. I am very pleased that I stopped by.

Been coming here for the past 2 years, the lady here is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She's so patient, lovely, and honest. She does everything from finding you the perfect frames (she has Gucci, Prada the whole enchilada) to making the (prescription) lenses herself. Her prices are competitive and she does a great job, I don't think you'll find anyone as good as her I definitely recommend her!

The wait is extremely long, the waiting area is too small to accommodate the large volume is patients scheduled. After being their over three and one half hours, the check in check out supervisor opened a window and processed the first person standing near her instead of asking who was next. Her co-workers were asking who is next but the apparent leader failed to do it, which shows a lack in leadership and professional ethics. After receiving an office procedure we were caused a prolonged wait time due to Ms. Humphreys lack of tact. My mom adores her physician Dr. Chen, but someone should review the waiting area supervisor and policies. Ms. Humphreys was very apologetic but according to her other co-workers, she does it on a regular basis. Other patients have also had the same complaint and apparently she has not changed her process.

Amazing Service and Great Staff!! Dr Alvarez took her time and definitely went above and beyond to help me out. Staff were a great to help me find a perfect pair of glasses and my prescription is perfect!! 100% satisfied!! Highly recommended!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🤓🤓🤓
