The optometrist is very kind and professional, but her receptionist, they are terrible, they treat patients very rudely, without good manners. They don't have patience, when we want to make an appointment, they don't give you time to think, they just tell you, if you want it or not. They are not flexible at all. We contribute with our money for their salary and we deserve to be treated with dignity, not with contempt as they do. What a pity.

Whitney, she's so positive vibes. 2023 is hard right now, but she definitely lightens the burden. Her service is 2nd to none. The location is clean and well tended to. I would definitely recommend new patients to come get the best service here... Or at least in my opinion!

Quick turnaround. I was able to get into my vision test right away and doc answered all the questions. Buying glasses were good as well. Lots of options. Brooke helped me with buying, really appreciate her help. She answered the question related to offers and discounts. I would definitely go back.

I also have a review posted on yelp but in6addition to that one I must add that the front office staff is just short of being rude but are very detached and unconcerned and couldn't care less if someone can potentially lose sight. I'm sure if I could actually speak to my former Dr. Martel he would be so caveleer about it But I guess I won't find out because I have to find another doctor.

The service from everyone is wonderful. Receptionists are always very kind and very informative, always a pleasure to talk to and very knowledgeable about insurance and other questions. The assistants and doctor were also very kind, listened well and took time to understand my issues. Glasses fitting was quick and simple, nice selection for all budgets and ordering was hassle free . Overall, a wonderful facility that is a pleasure to be a client of.

I had a really good experience at Ctrue. The doctor was patient, explained everything clearly, and the staff was so kind and professional. I definitely recommend them if you need an eye exam or new glasses!

I had an appointment scheduled on 11/7/2020. The front desk called me that morning and let me know they had had a positive Covid test in the building so they were rescheduling all appointments that day and closing the office to get it deep cleaned before reopening. This is fine. When I was on the phone with the front desk that day, I ordered some contacts so I wouldn’t run out by the time of my new appointment date. The woman I talked to ensured me I would have the contacts by 11/10. Turns out, she never completed the order, so it is now 11/16 and I am re-wearing the same pair of contacts that I have been for a week (I wear dailies). I called today because I was told AGAIN that I would get my contacts by 11/14 but now I am being told I will get them by 11/19. If I would have known this would've taken so long, I would've scheduled an appointment closer to the original date. It also would've been nice to get a realistic delivery date the first time. Update: just came here on 11/25/2023 and I couldn’t be seen before the new year because of my insurance. When I was scheduling this appointment with the front desk, they said I can schedule this early. Nope, walked in and left without being seen. The front desk here is incompetent. I’ve had too many issues and will not be returning.
