The only reason I had to give it a 1 star because that's the only way I can add my horrible experience with this person. She shouldn't even have a title. She doesn't deserve it. She got me in trouble with my employer because the day I was off I went to go see her because the prescription she gave me was all wrong. I call to see if she was available and the idiot at the front said she was. I arrive 10min after I called and the idiot said she left just a few minutes when I arrive 😡. Its not her first time its her third time. I had use this day off to have her correct her mistake and she leaves early cuz she didn't have no people. So I had to call in on one of the days i worked because the contacts are urgent to me so i can see when i drive 3 hours to work. I complaint to them and both idiots never apologize. So I do not recommend this lady to no one.😠

I cannot recommend Dr. Aneta Gritsaev highly enough. She consistently goes above and beyond at every visit, and her level of care is truly exceptional. Dr. Gritsaev always takes the time to understand my vision needs in detail and never rushes the exam, she is fully focused on making sure I receive the best possible glasses and the most accurate prescription. What really sets her apart is her dedication and thoroughness. She carefully checks every option, explains everything clearly, and makes sure I feel confident about the choices we make together. During my most recent visit, she even provided additional, personalized instructions for the Costco Optical technician to help optimize the performance of my progressive lenses- something I’ve never experienced from any other optometrist. Dr. Gritsaev is incredibly talented, patient, and genuinely kind. She treats her patients with respect and care, and it shows in every interaction. Without question, she is the best optometrist I’ve ever met, and I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for exceptional eye care.

Dr. Dowd is an exceptional professional who has helped me effectively manage my glaucoma in a caring and decisive manner. I’m so happy to have found an eye doctor who I know that I can trust.

Vanessa was pleasant, knowlegable, helpful. She is also a good marketer because she convinced me to buy a second set of eyewear for emergencies.

Learning about K2 Vision and the renowned surgeon Dr. Kopstein gave me hope, and I booked a consultation. The amazing staff immediately put me at ease. Despite my apprehension about eye surgery, I learned I was a good fit for RLE. After delving into more information, I took the plunge. The results were astounding! Leaving the surgery performed by Dr. Kopstein, I realized I had clearer vision than I had experienced in over two decades. This transformation has truly revolutionized my life.

My experience at the office was great. Staff was amazing and Dr. V as well. Explained every step and why they were doing what they were. Definitely a place I will keep coming back to and will be recommending to family and friend.

I've been coming here for over 20 years. Always had such wonderful treatment and recommendations that I never wanted to go somewhere else. Sadly my insurance changed with my job so it's no longer covered, but I still love their customer service so much that I buy glasses out of pocket here. If my daughter ever needs glasses, I'm bringing her here.

Great location and incredibly nice and helpful personnel. I had a screw that came out of my glasses and the gentleman instantly helped me, replaced the screw with a rubber coated one to prevent it from coming out as easily, and fixed the frame that had a bend in them. All this was done for free and in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend taking your business here, I know I will from now on.

I just had the best experience of any medical place I've been to. I went in with a couple issues, one being an abscess. The lady at the counter was so sweet And I literally only waited 5 minutes before I was seen. Dr. Draper was who saw me and she was the best doctor I have ever had. She cut out my abscess right there and made sure I got an appointment immediately for my other issue that she couldn't do at this location. The nurses were incredible. For one of the most painful physical things I've endured, they made it the most painless and pleasant experience!!

Dr. Villani is an amazing eye doctor. He takes care of my entire family and he always keeps our eyes in good health. Every time we've had a need, Dr. Villani solves it immediately. Thank you, Dr. Villani!!!
