I would highly recommend DLV Vision! I had been considering LASIK for over a decade and finally pursued it. Dr. Bala answered all of my questions thoroughly and I got the sense that she really knew her stuff. I felt confident I'd be in good hands.. and I was! Christina Cox went over all the financials with me and has taken care of me in my unique financial situation. I am over a month post-op and the results are everything they promised it would be! My experience at Austin Eye was excellent! Kelley did an outstanding job with all my preliminary tests and Dr Wong listened to my needs and we were able to agree quickly on a path forward for my eyecare needs. They were also very flexible in scheduling my cataract surgeries. Overall a great experience!

I love the workers here, they are so nice and caring and will get what you need, I just recently went there for a eye exam and they got me in and out real quick and they loved the glasses I choose. 100% recommend going here

Dr. Sperry was very nice and the front of house ladies were fabulous to work with. While I was in my appointment they pulled options they thought I would like and helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses! Thank you to your team!

I've never been to an eye doctor until an eye emergency brought me to Dr. Whitmire. I found this office to be relaxing and professional. Dr. Whitmire went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of.The reasons for my rating is that I was charged 50% of my visit even though I have insurance. I was referred to a specialist and they didn't do that, I was just charged a co-pay like normal. I hope it won't be a hassle to get a refund. Please consider this when they ask you for money. I would avoid checking out with anyone except the front desk. Dr. Whitmire and his staff get a 5/5!

I am super pleased with the care I am receiving from Dr. Doud for my dry eye symptoms. She has approached my condition with a comprehensive and aggressive treatment plan and a level of detail that was lacking at other practices I tried. Her staff is friendly and responsive. After many months of disappointing visits with other providers, it is a relief to finally be making some progress thanks to Dr. Doud!

First time I’ve ever left a review but I was thoroughly impressed with them. While I was a viable candidate for the surgery they found the start of a cataract in one of my eyes and they informed me that if I got the surgery now the formation of a cataract later would likely negate the surgery results. I was impressed how they put my needs first and foremost. Down the road after my cataract requires removal I will be sure to get any vision corrections done there if needed

Personally, I have only had great experiences with that store. My glasses are done well, the staff is extremely friendly, the prices are good. They listen to all the questions I might have about my vision, lenses, and glasses. It's a quiet and cozy store. I don't understand why the store has such bad reviews when it's always packed when I go there and I have never experienced any kind of rude behavior from anyone. Overall, I would recommend this store to family and friends. God bless!!! ^^

My experience with this medical practice was very good. The staff was efficient and friendly. Dr. Denlinger was thorough in his examination and explanation of my condition.

There's a sign that says "your arrival time is not your appointment time," which is accurate. My arrival time was 7:15am and my departure time was 9am. It was an intake appointment, which can take more time. The facility doesn't work with contact lenses, which was disappointing because I'm settled in and finally looking for a forever optical home, and I like this place. The assistants were very pleasant, which helped me feel comfortable. And the icing on the cake was this amazing doctor - they should teach his technique for "1 or 2" in optometry school. The doctor was efficient, extremely intelligent, thorough, discerning, and personable. He was a true professional doctor that is rare to experience in Arizona and definitely worth the wait.
