Place is very unprofessional.. The doctor walked in to correct his nurse about having too many supplies in an office. Then few minutes calls him to tell him he didn’t do something right for another client!!! All while the nurse is doing initial evaluation.... 🤦🏻‍♀️ …

David was great however when picking up my daughters glasses they mixed my daughters up and I don’t live close by and also work during the week. Left early to come..So I wasted gas coming to get glasses that were the wrong prescription and also lost out on pay. My other daughter wasn’t even getting glasses. Very frustrating.

Im very pleased with the treatment i got from the staff but the only wrong was the doctor he did not explain back my eye images or test i had done he did not ask if i had questions or concerns he recommended me a pair of contacts then i proceded to let him not which ones i wanted and said i should have said that before well he didn't even asked me anything he had the staff give me the contacts and left waited 10 min and he just left did not ask for questions or concerns nothing just left spend 500+ with contact and glasses just because i need them but don’t think i will go back i was really hoping to have better service. Also had my kids with me and think that bugged him that my baby touched a machine and the my 2 year old was showing me a picture while he switch machines not in his way. Really bad experience buy the staff was very kind to my kids

The associate working that day was incredibly helpful and pleasant, even when things got busy!!! She was amazing and I highly recommend this location!!!!

Very professional and explained every phase of the exam. Didn't seem to be rushing just to get to the next patient. Made me feel comfortable. Everyone at LensCrafters took the time to explain the options and prices to go with. Would highly recommend this branch.

My husband has tried so many different eyeglass establishments and has never found a pair of bifocals that worked until now. He is so happy with the staff and how they work to get things right for the patient. After more than 50 years of wearing multiple pairs of glasses, he finally has one pair that works for driving and reading. Thank you Hamilton Eye.

Dr. Amy Miller is a great Dr. She makes you feel comfortable and explains everything in details. I had a laser procedure done and was very nervous. She explained everything she was doing as she proceeded with in procedure. I would highly recommend her. I will be going back and having my other eye done with her.
