My child has been here twice and both times was treated very kindly by all the staff. They were all very helpful, patient and courteous. Definitely recommend this location for adults and children.

Went in for my father's appointment. He has dementia and Francisca was so amazing with my father. Patient, friendly, assertive when needed and very understanding. The gentleman that helped afterwards was also very professional and friendly. Grateful that they both spoke Spanish! Very helpful!! Definitely recommend coming here.

Don't waste your time. (1) Wilmer Optical doesn't have a full range of frames at one site. "Regular" at the outpatient, "designer" at the hospital. You can't compare frames and prices at one site; (2) They don't accept my Vision Insurance -- and I PURCHASE the insurance through Johns Hopkins! I'm a faculty member here and pay extra monthly for Vision Insurance as part of my benefits plan, but Hopkins (Wilmer) Optical DOESN'T ACCEPT that insurance. What a waste of time!

Hello everyone, I have been a patient of Dr. Caceres for four years. My mom and grandma are also patients of Dr. Caceres. The staff in the front are very nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Caceres is an excellent doctor who does a very thorough eye exam. I would not trust anyone else with my eye health.

Went to this place but was told we were late and they’re only giving a 5min grace period. They know we were there before that grace period even ends and they were busy with other customers. Waste of time. Never again.

If you want cheap glasses this is your place. If you want good service this is the last place you should go. Stood there waiting for 20 minutes just to get an itemized receipt for my insurance and there was no one in the Vision Center. I went to the service desk to ask where the person was and after they got done chatting and playing and actually decided to help the customer, another 3 minutes wasted, they said ummm oh there she is she's heading back there now. Where was she you ask, I'm glad you did, she was doing her shopping while she was supposed to be in the vision center helping customers. Worthless people at Walmart!!

We have had to use Dr.McCracken in two different situations that were we were dealing with an eye abrasion. Both times the staff and Dr.McCracken have been top tier. They are quick, efficient, kind and understanding. Both times they have went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I could never speak highly enough about this practice.
