From calling to make my appointment to the visit the receptionist ladies in the front are very welcoming and very nice I love that off the jump. And the text reminders about the appointment or definitely handy for me cuz I forgot about my appointment until night when I got my reminder message. When I got in the back and seen the doctor he did amazing and I love his sense of humor I could definitely keep going here keep up the great work you guys y'all are doing wonderful

Dr. Sheila Brandow and team were so amazing to me as a new patient. I have had an eye issue going on for about 2 months, after going to urgent care 2 times, another eye doctor 2 times and an ear, nose and throat doctor no one could explain my eye issue. But Dr. Sheila Brandow knew exactly what was going on with me. She pin pointed the issue and offered a very clean regimen for my eyes. They even offer clean makeup products. Most of team have been employed for 20 plus years, that tells me this is a stable and welcoming office. I will forever be a patient there for all eye/optical needs. No complaints from me. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

This is one of my favorite eye clinics. Beautiful and clean location, and I love that it's a short walk from Greenlake. Everyone I've met who works here is professional and friendly so I feel comfortable explaining my needs and getting advice. The clinic manager Brenna is awesome and takes time to explain any billing and logistics questions when I ask. Love coming here and wish I could get new glasses every month!

I have been a patient of Dr Medina for almost 2yrs. The care i received is outstanding. He is honest and tells me if i’m getting better or not. Thanks God, my eyes are getting better. God blessed me with a doctor like Dr Medina.

The staff was kind and courteous. The Eye Doctor took her time to listen to my concerns, they helped me to find the perfect glasses my visit went well. I was treated with respect and taken care of professionally. I enjoyed my visit and will recommend them to my friends and family.

I just had the best experience and education about my dry eyes from the doctor at family Eye Center. I strongly recommend if you are having issues with your eyes and you have not been educated on how to do preventative care. This is a place for you to come.! The staff was amazing and cannot wait to get better!! Thanks so much!

I have been seeing Dr. Hanke since she was at Walmart. She's just wonderful. She's just so caring and down to earth. Her staff is so nice as well. I won't go anywhere else.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE this place. The staff is just wonderful, Eunice is the best at helping you pick the right pair of glasses for you. They are all super nice, caring and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place 100% no doubt. Best customer service ever!! They also have great glasses selection, super stylish and trendy.

I called 05/25 for an appointment, they got me in right away for 5/26 at 10:15am. So I arrived 05/26 at 10am for my appointment because I figured I would need to fill out some type of paperwork, seeming that I was a new patient. So I stood …
