I have been going to Value Vision in Tonawanda for years and always receive excellent service. Although I only go once annually for my exam and contacts they always remember me and make me feel comfortable and appreciated.

My visit to this clinic was the most comprehensive, supportive, and dare I say, enjoyable vision care experience I've ever had.
It was obvious to me throughout the visit, that the entire staff and Dr. Eckman are passionate about providing a great experience, educating their patients and even making the process fun. The staff helped me attain the best deals with my insurance, and they had a huge selection, including budget frames all the way up to Prada!
All of my kudos and gratitude to Rita, Monique, Holly, Bella, and Dr. Eckman. I can't recommend this clinic enough.

Dr. Bui and her office are just awesome.
They accepted my same day appointment for last day of FSA period.
Dr. Bui also allowed me to have a work related meeting from her office which so much appreciated.
The testing was done throughly and all my questions were answered straight and with all necessary details.
I highly recommend this optometrist and will definitely come back again for the annual check up.
Highly recommend!!!

CVS
Coming to update my experience. I moved to a different pharmacy but they said I had to pick up one prescription at the old location because of the time I switched over?? So I go there, wait in line over 20 minutes. I'm finally at the front of the line and this "helper " in a read cvs shirt turns around to act like she's looking for a prescription. She can't find it, I'm still standing there and she said nothing. She then picked up medications for someone who was waiting. She calls me up FINALLY. I show her on the CVS app which medications I needed to pick up because it said they were ready. She then says they are all on hold, so I ask, what does that mean? She looks back at me woth the nastiest face and says what?? I said I don't work in a pharmacy so what does on hold status mean. She got nasty and told me to go wait in the other line for "drop off". Yet it's right there in the system. I then got so upset and yelled "you all are the worst pharmacy always so rude". I then walk to the other line and she screams out WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!?! Instead of apologizing for being rude as i asked a simple question. I wanted to say you know what I mean, go check out your Google reviews. The new young guy there helped me, if he had a question he would ask the pharmacist. Also over heard 4 employees left that pharmacy location. Gee wonder why. Treat people with kindness consistently and don't ever make people feel like they aren't worthy of a basic customer service. You have no idea what others are going through. I hope that lady in the red cvs shirt with glasses gets an attitude check.
Still absolutely awful. Especially at the pharmacy. Why are they so rude? One time I had the head pharmacist (blonde), throw a paper in my face with the medication that has been prescribed to me when i was asking for something completely different. I would figure a pharmacy can call my doctors office and simply ask....clearly she had no time. More incidents but I'm over it and switched to a different place.

My husband and I scheduled our eye exams after way too long for this past Saturday, 9/30/23. They were pretty behind by the time we got there at 11:15, so we waited a good bit maybe an hour or so. The optometry technicians and front desk staff were just excellent, they were just on it (even training a new staff member). It was 100% worth the wait, we got to see Dr. Fox. Dr. Fox was so through, spent real time with us, showed us the pictures of our eyes and explained everything. Haven’t had an eye exam like that since I was a kid. Go see Dr. Fox and his excellent team if you can, they are real gems.

The staff creates a friendly and warm environment for the patients which is helpful to me especially since I have social anxiety. Wendy, the lady who helped me with choosing my new frame was sweet. She was attentive to my opinions and gave suggestions that fit with what I liked and gave insights on what looked best and felt comfortable on me. Overall, I had a pleasant time and experience with my appointment.

I hadn't had my eyes checked in probably 20 years. The staff was professional, friendly, and happy. Dr. Jones made me feel so comfortable. She was patient and great at explaining everything to me. Turns out my eye balls have caught up with my age and I now own my very first pair of glasses!

Been going here for years now to get my glasses. The doctor and staff always have been great to me and treated me well. They are timely and quick on their appointments and honestly never had to wait to see the doctor. They carry a decent amount frames but are bit limited compared to some stores and cost is always an issue if you don't have insurance.

See Right Now
Very Grateful!
Two simple words, but they really sum up my experience at See Right Now with Dr. Perozek and the wonderful staff there!
I don’t mind saying that I was a mess with a stye that suddenly and viciously appeared. I just wasn’t myself! I thought I had to suffer with “ home remedies,” but Dr. Perozek quickly assessed the situation and I’m already much improved. His parting words were, “ I hope you feel better.” Somehow, I knew he meant them.
Thank you to the young lady at the desk who was so patient with my insurance, Shelby with the tender touch, the welcoming young lady from Edison, NJ, and the young lady who brought me water.
Lots of love and care in that place.. ..You don’t have to see that even with a bad stye, I could feel it!
Thank you all!
