CAUTION! SCUMMY SCAMMERS! I was told on two separate occasions, when booking a vision therapy consultation, that the consultation would be NO COST. I was told this once in December, and again in March when I had the consultation. Weeks later I was slapped with a bill for ~$300. I have since spent weeks with both Clarkson Eyecare corporate (who don't call back when they say they will) and with the local branch (who I also need to call many multiple times since they don't tend to follow up) and they still refuse to honor their mistake and would rather besmirch their reputation over $300. They now claim it was also 'no cost after insurance' however the topic of insurance never once came up when booking the consultation, just 'no cost' and I was never asked about my insurance. To me, a free consultation is a free consultation. Absolutely will never do business with this scammy company again and I'd recommend you to steer far clear!

Would not go anywhere else! My husband and I have been patients of Integrity for over a year now and I took my daughter for her first appointment today and as usual they did not disappoint. The staff is so kind, Dr. Garrett is the best and he has such a great sense of humor he had us both cracking up. I absolutely adore Rae, she helps you find your frames and lenses and is an absolute joy to work with and just be around, best thing about her is she'll give you her honest opinion and that's so rare but what you want when choosing frames for your face. Seriously best eye doctor experience ever.

Dr Ali is a first class doctor. She is thorough and a listener! She genuinely cares about her patient. Please consider using Dr Ali as part of your care team!

Great service and technicians are so helpful and kind. John greeted me within moments of entering store and asked what I needed/wanted and answered my initial questions. Hannah assisted me and spent a great deal of time in being sure I understood the options available to me (with and without my insurance) and wrote them down on paper so I had the visual comparison to work with so as to help me in making my decision. So good! I will continue to use Eyeglass World and highly recommend them to all.

You wait at LEAST an hour to be seen and that is with an appointment. Also, I feel like the doctors over book or are overwhelmed with their case load because the patient attention and follow-up doesn't exist. That being said, I felt like my doctor was excellent! I'm torn, because I feel comfortable with the medical advice. It's unfortunate, because it's more of a problem how the office in general is run. It is not worth the trouble to wait over an hour for an appointment, then to chat as fast as I can for 10 mins to the doctor, then if I call for any reason to discuss test results or issues no one can help me, according to the front desk. I am thinking of switching to a more patient focused office.

So I called in the 28th of December to make an appointment, the gentleman who answered the phone was rude. Well, I was on hold for awhile when I was finally able to talk to the receptionist. I asked them specifically if they took my brand of insurance, the gentleman said that they did. I thanked him and then on the third I went to my appointment, I filled out the paperwork. Did everything I was supposed to do. I showed them my insurance card and the doctor said, "oh. We don't take that insurance but you can pay out of pocket if you would like." I looked at him and recited what the receptionist told me when I called. He was apologetic but maybe they should train their receptionist a bit better so they are not wasting their patients time. I will not be using Dr. Rama services at all.

It had been 10 years since I had seen Dr Bryan. Recently, my vision has blurred and I knew I could trust him to help. After a thorough exam, he was able to get me a new prescription for glasses, and he answered call my questions - many before I could even ask. He gave good counsel on how to proceed with my vision care. Excellent doctor; excellent service.
