I had a great experience at this optometrist office. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time. I never felt rushed and appreciated the excellent customer service throughout my visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care

I have been coming here since a little everything was great until recently the other day my contact fell out. The new staff who most definitely are a INCOMPETENT group of individuals refused to ask the doctor if he could help me get a contact so I would be able to see until my new supply arrived even if i had to pay they refused. I called their act evil & than they started acting like clowns, falsely & selfishly turning the problem to make themselves the center if attention rather than professionally doing their job & understanding the problem. Finding A New place that cares ! You Should do the same!

Eric shows poor customer service and does not look really care about the customer and takes too long to take care of one customer. Recommended not going in here.

My experience here was top tier. Elisa was highly knowledgeable and patient.The store was very clean and organized. I will definitely be returning for future purchases.

The doctors at Bateh Eye Care are compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. I have been a patient for years and the doctors and staff have always gone above and beyond to offer their expertise and provide a comfortable environment. I would highly recommend this office for top-notch care!

Great selection of glasses. Very friendly staff. Michael sent me directions to my email to assist me in finding the place. When I arrived at Optical World, Rosa greeted me. She was so friendly and kind in assisting me in putting in my trial contact lenses. The doctor was thorough, very professional and took his time to get my prescription right. I love my new glasses. I am very thankful I found Optical World and their friendly staff!

The best vision clinic out there. I've been going here for years. Nancy Smith is my doctor. She's very efficient and quick, but also gives wise advice and tips to care for my eyes. Dawn Marie is the one who fits your glasses and orders them, etc. She has been working here for 120 years. She's a hoot with a dry sense of humor. You'll leave in a better mood than when you came in. Also, I had 2 or 3 frames picked out, but unsure which one to pick. I asked her and immediately she told me which one looked best. I just picked them up yesterday, and they look and fit great. Oakley frames, hard to go wrong. Front desk folks are friendly and efficient as they handle lots of patients and phone calls, etc. Definitely 5 stars. I notice many others agree.
