The doctors at this location are both thorough and friendly, and the team as a whole is great. But Chris is amazing! She went above and beyond to ensure that I found frames that fit my face appropriately, and that I genuinely liked. She picked out a dozen or so frames in my size for me to try on. She found a style and size that I liked, but it wasn’t the color I wanted, so she special ordered them for me. She is super personable, knowledgeable and overall a major asset to this location. I’ve never had a better experience buying glasses.

I gave them a chance but I will not be returning had an awful experience Dr.Jorge won based his examination results on my nationality and he stated that “he was the expert”only because I asked questions he was very rude ; I also ended up paying for the receptionist $10.00 to finish my eye report paper and I have insurance. My insurance pays for the whole visit but he stated that an “eye picture” was still needed which was like $50.00 and he prescribed glasses reason was that I “had” Astigmatism. Needless to say I went and got a second opinion but he was an ophthalmologist and i am perfectly fine vision was great I don’t even need glasses.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at LensCrafters with Giovanni, Sara, Iman, and the entire team! From the moment I stepped in, their warmth and professionalism were evident. Giovanni's expertise and guidance in helping me choose the perfect eyewear was remarkable. They took the time to understand my preferences and face shape, ensuring I found the ideal frames. The team's attention to detail during the fitting process made the glasses comfortable to wear from the start. I was impressed by their efficiency and genuine care. Without a doubt, I highly recommend LensCrafters and Giovanni for their exceptional service and selection of frames. A big thank you to the team for making my visit memorable! Excited that I was able to walk out with some same day!

Listen…..I left Doublevision feeling like a superstar 🤩 First I was fitted for stylish glasses, then the Dr took me to the back for a vision exam. From the front desk to back room everyone was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I completed the patient form prior to arrival. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time. I walked right in and the team immediately started on my eyeglass fitting and eye exam. No line, no wait 🤩 my kind of service. 🙌🏾 Thanks Dr Story and team!

Quite expensive... and the lack of care that goes into taking care of the clients is not adequate to say the least., Most of the staff members here are not equipped to handle any type of volumes...so if there's more than four people in the …

We went to Dr. Guhl about a year ago or so. Dr. Guhl is very thorough with each patient which is a positive but we ultimately opted not to return for a few reasons: 1. They ran very late on our appointments on two occasions and as someone who works full-time with three kids - this wasn't a standing issue I could work with and they were not sympathetic to our struggle with it. 2. Dr. Guhl made my oldest daughter (16 yo) and myself uncomfortable because he uses methods for doing examinations which require he's within your personal space a lot more and doesn't really talk you through it. We went to a new provider this year who did not require that due to more modern technology to do the same exams and our comfort level was increased exponentially. Obviously, this is a personal preference, but worth mentioning. 3. They make it very difficult to go elsewhere for contact lenses and/or glasses. It's high pressure to purchase through their office which I did not appreciate. As someone who needs the convenience of having contacts ordered online and mailed (to save time as a working parent), as an example, the high pressure sales was frustrating. It was something that resulted in more trips to the office than I would have made otherwise and I also ended up paying more across the board.

Dr Daniel DeBartolo, is the Best Eye Dr.. Very Kind..to me..I think He.. worked with me on a Pricing.. .....THO his whole staff has been nothing but Rude to me! They haven't got a clue about sick ppl. Or even nice on the phone. Im Trying To get a simple letter sent to me when I had my eye operation. CHRIS KAMINSAK. TELL ME NO , I can't do that???? To find out , all she is , is a worker answering p Instead of saying I'll have them call you back..smh plus more..so sorry, I like my Doctor??? Smh

I am a longtime patient of Dr. Shanks as were my children when they were young. Dr. Shanks is very kind, a really sweet compassionate Doctor. He takes his time in explaining things to you thoroughly. I can’t speak higher of Dr. Shanks or his employees, they are all wonderful. His wife is the receptionist and she is nice. His son, Brandon makes the glasses and will come out and answer any question you have. There is another lady that works there that has gorgeous long red hair, I forgot her name but, I adore her! There will never be another eye care facility that I would go to. They are that exceptional. I will be making an eye appointment for next week & dare I say that I’m looking forward to it. Just to be around some really nice, caring, compassionate people.

I needed a new eye doctor after my insurance changed and I am so happy to have found Dr. Tanquay. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time during my evaluation and explained what she was doing every step of the way. She offered supportive advice and gave helpful recommendations regarding my contact lenses. I am very pleased with her bedside manner and the friendliness of her staff. The office is cozy and clean. The ladies at the front desk are so polite and helpful. I would highly recommend to friends and family.
