On time. Friendly experience with great information on my current eye health with comparisons to my past images. Great experience with the optician as well. No pressure to sell me what I didn't need. Just honest feedback based on my eye exam. Great overall experience. Nice job by all!

He was very rude and condescending. He treated me as though I was an inconvenience and not worth his time—which he only spent about 2 minutes looking at my eye and then dismissed me away. I had a lot of questions, but he tone and demeanor was very clear that any questions I had would not be well received. I would put one star, but I feel like people don’t take 1 star reviews seriously. I saw him a month ago, and I still feel offended by how condescending he was. It was a complete waste of time going to him—find a doctor who cares about people instead. Also, his office is old and dusty—for someone who is supposed to care about eye health, he should take better care of his office.

This was the absolutely worst location that I had at a retail experience. I made an appointment to see the eye doctor and I went in to look for some frames before the appointment. The female representative that I worked with approached me and asked me how she could help me. I said I was looking for some frames that I had before that I was in love with but I didn't see them they were Ray-Bans and I want to get another pair. She said I don't see them but why is it that you have to have those? I was very set back I didn't know how to respond it made me feel weird I said I guess I just like them. It really made me feel odd like I had condescending. I canceled the appointment with never returned I would never recommend

I went to Cherry Creek Eye Physician several times in the last few years. I truly regret that I did because my vision issues were not resolved and I almost felt like an angry crazy lady. Today I went to a different eye physician who actually listened to my concerns and presented me with a variety of options rather than just getting me in and out the door. Very sad that I basically couldn't see for two years because they were not thorough :(

I was very pleased with the evaluation process and how the nurses was very knowledgeable and professional in the process of evaluating and preparing me for my surgery. On the day of my surgery, there was an atmosphere that made me fill at ease and comfortable, and again the nurses was great. During the surgery; Dr Miller was very consoling, and very skillful in the process. Overall I was very pleased with my whole experience and recommend anyone to choose Virginia Eye Consultants for any or all their eye surgical needs.

I visited New Era Eyecare this morning with one pair of broken glasses (from a fall) and one pair of poorly fitting glasses. The gentleman in the store repaired the broken glasses and changed out the nose piece on the others in a very short time. For FREE! I bought my current glasses from this store a few years ago and was very satisfied with the service then also.

The staff and my experience here was A-1!!! They are fast and efficient. They educate and empower you to understand the health of your vision. And not mention they care about you being happy with your new glasses. By far one of the best experiences I have had.

Dr. Djougarian is a great doctor! She’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Djougarian to anyone looking for a specialist.
