Great place! I came here with my three siblings for an eye exam and they were very quick and efficient! Would totally recommend 10/10

Communication is lacking, waited for a month to get a lenses replacement through warranty to finally get to the tipping point were I needed to raise my voice and complain on a rude manner. Minded that I called multiple times before to ask for status and I was told they were working on it. Manger finally called, warranty is not applicable, to keep things civil I just decided going somewhere else. To the owners, you're nothing without your customers, what you sell is widely available every where and your personnel simple lacks of commitment and leadership, aka SUCKS!

I was seen as a walk-in, and the receptionist/assistant was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was worked in quickly and the Dr and assistant team was excellent. I've never been to a better OD. Dr. Sheth was thorough, explained everything, and set me up with my first set of corrective lenses. That feeling of "ah-HA" when she matched my prescription was amazing. I think I've been nearsighted for years, but she's the first Dr to take the time to figure out what I need. I highly recommend Dr. Sheth!

Employee Kevin is very polite on the phone However, I've went there twice this past week 30 minutes to an hour prior to the time they are supposed to close & even confirmed the closing times with him prior to coming. Both times I pulled up they were closed. I am very disappointed as I just needed to fill a prescription for my glasses.

Dr. Douglas was able to restore my pre-TED appearance by performing buccal fat removal, orbital decompression and upper and lower blepharoplasty. I am ecstatic with my results and forever grateful for him. Thank you Dr. Douglas for giving me my life back and boosting my confidence.

It was my first time visiting this vision center and I have nothing but good things to say. Dr. Thomas was thorough and took his time with my 8 year old. You can tell he truly cares for his patients, he answered every question and was attentive. The staff was also kind, professional and helpful. I recommend and will be coming back.

Dr. Haider has a great reputation around Louisville with helping the less fortunate. He cares about his patients just like he would care for his own family. His work overseas with helping those who can not afford eye care speaks for itself. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family. I would also like to give the entire staff at Dr. Haider Eye Care five stars for their friendly and helpful service to their patients.

Dr. Yazdan and Jay (the front desk manager) are both absolute gems and are so helpful. I can’t say enough about both of them. I’m in law school currently and don’t have vision insurance at the moment and they tried their hardest to put whatever discounts/offers they could do make it more affordable for me and I’m pretty sure they got me to save almost $300+ on my eye exam, contacts, and new prescription glasses. Again, just such great and personable woman! Way to go RSM LensCrafters!

Kevin is very knowledgeable and friendly to all customers. Dr Kidwell is a great Dr with a lot of personality!
