Unfortunately I have had some related experience, but not with the doctor its her staff who doesn’t know how to deal with doctors patients to make a long story short no people oriented nor patients relationships experience !

I was in the store when a difficult customer was being taken care of by a young lady named Sherry. She handled the customer with professionalism and then afterwards seemed to be a bit distressed. I have been in customer service and I hope Sherry doesn't take the matter personally. She seems like a good kid and deserves respect from the public. Keep up the good work kiddo. 👏

For
Century Eye Care
I was very impressed with Century Eye Care. I seen swiftly after I arrived. Reception was pleasant and focused.
The tech who performed the initial exam was knowledgeable, personable and able to answer my questions promptly.
My Doctor (S. Skavlem) was very professional and pleasant throughout the exam. The doctor was also quick to answer my questions in detail and in terms a lay person can follow.
The tech who works with one to choose and fit frames made it very easy to review various types frames, knew the pros and cons of each type and listened when I spoke.
All in all, Century provided top quality service in all aspects of my visit.

It was busy, that's not the fault of the staff. They were friendly and very helpful in assisting my wife in selecting her frames.

I have been here for almost 7 years for soft/hard lens, and tried both ortho-k day and night time. The price is acceptable, although the service can be a bit slow. My eyes’ prescription is generally stable, though I get redness in eyes along with infection from time to time.

A very bad experience... I won't be back, it's a shame... God bless you with wisdom.

First time with Dr Steven's since Dr Nelson retired.. He is wonderful and goes over everything with you. And his nurse that did my testing was excellent also. I really felt great about my visit and will recommend Wichita Family Vision

1. If you don't have insurance, be prepared to pay $100 for each question you might have for the doctor, even if it's related to your condition and that's in addition to the regular exam price. They charged me $320 for a 1 minute follow-up exam + 1 question .
2. Also, the wait time is ridiculous, the tech takes you in immediately, but then 1 hour wait to be seen by the doctor.
3. They don't keep track of records. They did a procedure on my eye a couple of months ago and the tech keeps asking every week if I consider undergoing that same procedure. Doesn't he see that they did it already and it failed?!
