Confirmed an appointment only to get there and it wasn't the right date. I left work EARLY, was told I could wait but up to 4 people in front of me. I was trying a different brand of contacts. Had met with the doctor less than a week ago. Don't understand why they couldn't give me the trial ones. Taking my business elsewhere.

Pleasant experience overall, from the front desk staff to the intake personnel and the doctor herself. She Very efficient process that moves along nicely and quickly. Dr. Yang takes the time to clearly explain in layman’s terms so it’s easy to understand options. Highly recommend.

Appointment was scheduled two months ago for annual check up and automated message received on the phone one week ago to confirm appt.Took off from work for the appointment and call received from the doctor's office to inform appointment canceled due to family emergency. This is the 2nd incident.

My daughters first visit to the white building today. She thought the building looked magical. 😄 Everyone & everything was so bright & friendly. Artwork was jus stunning! Castle Valley Eyecare is great! The ladies at the front desk were wonderful and very helpful and honest when it came to picking out frames. Dr. Tuttle was very kind and answered all of my questions with ease, and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Castle Valley Eyecare to anyone, and I will most assuredly be returning for future appointments. :)

I was worse than 20/800 in my right eye and had failed previous surgeries. I had heard and read great things about Dr. Matthews yet I was still very skeptical. Not only is she personable and thorough, she is an outstanding surgeon. I now see 20/20! I NEVER thought this was possible even though she told me she could fix it and I wouldn’t likely need glasses (and I don’t). From start to finish, Center for Sight is run like healthcare should be. I should kno, I’ve been a nurse for over 39 years.

I’ve been a patient for the last two year and have always had a great experience at this practice. The doctors and staff are friendly and take their time with you, and the office itself has a fun and modern vibe! They also have a nice selection of frames to pick from if you need new glasses, and the optician I worked with (Justin) helped me find a great fit.
