First of all I have been coming here for years. Dr. Shiau and his staff are super friendly and make you feel welcomed. I come to them annually to check my eyes and renew my contact prescription. I always get a years worth of contacts, and one of the ladies helps me submit the rebate so that I can get money back. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great one on one experience from when you first arrive.

Excellent customer service! They have a wide variety of designer frames that are very stylish. They work with you to make sure you get the perfect pair of glasses!

It was my husband's and my first time here. We needed to find a new eye doctor due to a change in his insurance. So far everything and everyone was amazing! Fun the girls and the front desk, to the nice person who tried her hardest to get me in with my husband instead of going back in the afternoon. The woman who took me back to the exam room was very nice. Dr Tess, can't say or spell her last name, was very thorough and took her time. To Kathy where we selected our glasses. The whole process was easy and flawless. Thank you to you all!

could not recommend more highly. Dr Peterson was very helpful and was thorough and gave very good explanations. i really appreciate the service they gave me and will go back again for all of my eye exams.

The doctors are all great. Prompt and fast service. The reason for a mid rating is the checkout tactics of employees like JR. He told me my insurance wouldn't pay for the contact lens exam without me buying contacts at their location right then. I told him that was incorrect and isn't how insurance works (I used to work in a eyeglass store and know this) and he said "oh... well look there it works". This is nothing more than a scummy sales tactic that will pressure people into buying. I'm trying a new lens and didn't want to order based on the 4 minutes I had been wearing them and I told him that. Stores need to stop this type of tactic as it makes the rest of the experience less valuable. I get sales jobs are sales jobs but sales shouldn't override what is best for the patient when it comes to medical care.

Been getting eye exams since I was a child and this was my best experience by far. Very clean and organized facility, easy to locate the establishment, parking is convenient, staff is super professional and friendly. I felt like they were invested in giving me the best care possible. It was amazing I would give more stars if I could!

Dr. Bohra is nothing less than amazing. She and her staff have been kind, thorough and most importantly spot on with her diagnosis. Dr Bohra diagnosed a very rare corneal edema that was medication related and saved my sons eyesight. I will will be forever grateful for finding the "zebra".

My goodness, this place is incredible. I was referred by America’s best to address an issue that I’ve been having for a very long time and it’s surprising that of all this time I’ve Spent going to the eye doctors every three months. No one has been able to figure out what was wrong. You would think that me screaming. Every time they put drops into my eyes would make these doctors think. Hey, something is wrong. If you keep screaming every time we put drops in instead of telling a patient. These drops shouldn’t burn. You should be fine. Clearly, I wasn’t fine after going through so many bottles of Systane lubricating Eyedrops the issue was found. After seeing Doctor Amr Kouchouk With Luxor eye Institute, I have never felt better. It only took one visit one exam for him to identify the issue that I was having with my eyes and I’ve already undergone five treatments of forma-i lumecca. Now that I’ve been diagnosed with dry eye syndrome, I feel relief, knowing that we can put a name to my issue. My eyes have never felt better. With my lupus diagnosis, all kinds of complications can arise so I’ve learned to expect they expected. I guess you could say with an autoimmune disease anything can happen, which makes me very cautious and with that diagnosis I’ve paid better attention to my body so I know when something‘s wrong and having a Doctor Who takes my issues as seriously, as I do, my own, brings me a sense of relief, knowing that there are some doctors out there who cares. I’ve never had such great customer service and such patient care. All the staff and the doctor treat all their patients as if they were family. They treat them with fairness and kindness. They don’t beat around the bush. They lay it down direct they tell you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. They tell you the truth and not all doctors are like that and you can tell that this is the office that puts their patients first and not cost they give you the chance to weigh your options. They let you know what options you have and they let you make the decision for yourself instead of pushing you and pressuring you to make that decision and that’s what I value most. They gave me the chance to make a decision in regards to my own Medical needs. Now I am scheduled for a three month follow up instead of a weekly follow up, and I can definitely say with certainty, but I will definitely be coming back here. My eyes are a part of me. They are a part of who I am and they help me see the life I have before me and I would like to give thanks to Doctor Amr Kouchouk For forgiving me, my eyes back I am very grateful. So if you’re looking for a doctor, who cares about your vision as much as you do, this is definitely the place to come.

Dr. Karimi's office is exceptional! The staff is friendly, and Dr. Karimi's thoroughness during my eye exam surpassed any optometrist I've seen. He patiently explained everything, answered all my questions without talking down to me, and made the experience comfortable. The office also has a great glasses selection for added convenience. Highly recommended!
