The secretary was very dismissive towards me. I didn't get the answers to my questions. I felt like I didn't matter to her. I had to ask the doctor my questions. They were very helpful

Place is great, my husband used his VA coverage, not a large selection on frames.. but found one perfect for him. It takes 8 weeks, but fully paid for by VA. Glasses came yesterday and they fit and feel great

I'm not sure what the other reviewers experienced - I can only speak for myself and my own experiences. I have been coming to this Vision Master (well, Marx Optical technically) location for about 6 years and I have experienced nothing less than excellent service. The Dr. is terrific and she will do everything she can to address your needs. The rest of the staff is amazing as well. I have gotten both contacts and glasses from this location. When I voiced my concern about my insurance only covering 3 months of contacts, they gave me extra samples and gave me samples of a cheaper brand to try. Once I forgot to pick out new frames before I got my eyes dilated and they picked out the PERFECT frames for me. I didn't even see them first (I opted not to, they didn't just pick out frames without my knowledge). They even tightened a pair of cheapo glasses I bought online for free! I cannot recommend this location more. I've had nothing but great experiences here.

Dr. Scholz is great. He is kind, gentle and thorough. I have been going to him for many years. My 87 year old mother also had a very good experience with him.

Switched eye doctors because my old one seemed to stop caring/listening to me. I found Loman Eye Care...and I'm glad I did. The staff were all super friendly. And Dr. Keith was awesome. He was engaging, and showed he cared/wanted to help me. Which again, I wasn't getting from my old eye doctor. So glad I made this switch! Thank you guys!

Very friendly staff. They are super helpful with fast service! I got my glasses the same day as my visit and contact lenses a couple days later in the mail. Not to mention they saved me lots of money by purchasing my contacts through them!! Excellent!

I've been seeing Dr. Simone for at least 10 years. He's a great doctor. The entire staff there is very friendly. I go every year for a dilated eye exam, and he's always careful and thorough. Not only that, I'm always in and out fairly quickly, never having to wait a long time because he's running behind, like what happens at most doctors. I'd definitely recommend to anyone based on my experiences.

I don’t know why Doctors think that being a specialist automatically exempts them from keeping appointment times. Took a relative to an appointment, which was scheduled for 9:40. We arrived 5 minutes early to a full waiting room. After an hour and a half of watching people come and go: some that came in after us, I asked when she would see the doctor. Their response was a canned response like, “all patients are unique and require different amounts of time with the doctor, especially since she’s seeing the specialist”. She was finally taken back at 11:55, with no one else left in the waiting room but us. When appointments are scheduled, they should be scheduled for the time that the dr is available, regardless of specialty. I understand that some visits may take longer than others, but this should only cause short delays, not a delay of more than two hours. Professionals should have systems in place to appropriately schedule patients. If I ran my business like this, I wouldn’t have a business. Do better!

Mary was very kind and made my experience super easy! She is so laid back and made me feel at home and comfortable with my exam and lens choices.

Had a wonderful experience at Eyeglass World in Vista! Went in for an eye exam, left with a fantastic pair of glasses. Jamie was welcoming, handling my initial tests, while Dr. Goldboss was delightful during the exam. Odessa was a fantastic help as well—friendly, funny, and nice. Highly recommend for both eye exams and glasses, plus great prices and deals!
