Awful. I liked the optometrists, but they can’t give me 4 samples until I could get an appointment next week after they lied to me saying they were waiting for samples when the the Dr was actually out sick all week. Angela was rude and abrupt. Going back to LensCrafters. Not to mention my mother bought glasses there that TWICE broke. I do not recommend them whatsoever.

They canceled my appointment without notifying me! Just so you are aware, apparently when pearl vision sends you a text to confirm, the office never gets it. And if they leave you a message to confirm, and they say “call to reschedule or cancel” and you miss the call.. they will CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE!! I work in a law firm. If we leave a message to confirm and they don’t return our calls, we never assume they aren’t coming and cancel the appointment. It was really unprofessional. I will never go there again.

My family and I have gone to Dr. Hau for years. She has been nothing but kind, understanding and accommodating as far as appointments go. She always maintains a level of professionalism that makes me feel comfortable each time I go into the office. I can't recommend Hau Eye Care Enough! It is both an affordable and worthwhile experience when it comes to receiving eye care.

Dr. Dalmo explained more to me about eye care than anyone ever has. Her exam was the most thorough I've ever had. She was so nice and answered all my questions. Her staff was very helpful and sweet and gave me my prescription without asking.

Big thank you to Marquita for helping my boyfriend replace his glasses so quickly & efficiently. Great customer service & great personality, definitely recommend!

They should inform earlier to bring the eye exam voucher. And my old exam is expired. It was done on 2023. It was waste of time. Poor communication in their behalf. It should be explained over the phone then I could have save the trip

This place is awesome! The eye doctor is VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. one of the best exams I have ever had . Other staff are nice as pie and helpful. Very quick in and out with appointment. I had a very bad experience on Outer Loop at Walmart Optical in December and was actually afraid to try again. So glad I did. You can trust this place , the best!

Never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly, the store is well stocked, and the pharmacy always has the prescriptions I need in stock.

I absolutely loved my experience. My daughter came with me and was able to get her eyes checked as well! They are very clean, kind, knowledgeable. Will definitely be my new place to go.

Dr. Callan is amazing! He always takes a lot of time to see if I have any issues, and it’s obvious he cares deeply about his patients. I travel far to see Dr. Callan, but it is always worth it because of his compassion and knowledge. His … More
