Dr. Murrell has been my eye doctor since I was 12 and for over 20 years she had helped keep my prescription up to date and my eyes healthy. She always answers any questions or concerns in a kind and professional manner. She will always be the Doctor I trust with my and my family's eye health. The staff is always nice and helpful. They have always made me and my family feel welcome and I've never had any issues with making appointments in a timely manner and have never had issues with insurance.

I went into IQ optical yesterday for an eye exam and it was a very pleasant experience. Both the ladies Linda and Margie are so nice, helpful and very informative answering all the questions I had. The whole exam process is so nice and very comfortable, and I felt the interaction with the Dr. was so much more informative than other experiences I've had with other eye Docters. just an all-around pleasant experience.

She was very helpful with my optical insurance plan, patient when I looked for different eyeglasses choice and very curtious.

The his is the first time visiting the Center and I can say from the moment I steeped in till the time I left I was treated with smiles and kindness. The Dr. and staff were warm and informative beyond any experience I’ve ever had at any Dr.’s office. The truly want you to have the best experience.

Today, my mom visited Dr. Sindhu and she had a very great experience. I’m being forced to write this review 😄 that’s how much she liked the service. However, she did state that the lady at the reception was not very welcoming and nice. But, Dr was very professional, understanding and listened to her glasses requirements. Thank you and appreciate the excellent care you’re provided to my mom.

We came to pick up glasses and store was closed, no notes written, hours said open until 6pm we came @3pm. Strange business. .

Excellent service by all three employees. I came from out of town and one of my lenses popped out needing expert repair. I called and they did not hesitate to take care of it. Thank you so much for everything!

I have NEVER worked with better staff while ordering contact lenses. The hospitality and genuine care was on full display every step of the journey. Scarlett went out of her way to check for trial lenses in the store (which thankfully they did have) and helped me navigate an unexpected insurance mishap. Upon arrival, the other staff person (sorry I’ve forgotten her name, but she knows who she is!) greeted me warmly and assisted me with trying the trial lenses; she also offered extremely clear instructions at the right level of detail about the trial lenses and how they differed from my prescription. Both ladies encouraged me to test the lenses and before making a decision to buy the trials or stick with my original prescription, I never felt rushed or pressured to make a quick purchase. They make an excellent tandem that has given me confidence to return for all future vision needs.
